At first I thought the neighborhood was not very nice but did not feel unsafe . Oh I have to omit i absolutely hated all those stairs. I’m older and after being out all day walking , OUCH

Location was a bit sketchy. Reading about Northern Ireland it makes sense, however be aware it's not the nicest of areas. I will add that this isn't the properties problem but it does feel a bit rough if you aren't aware.

Lovely bright apartment with a useful roof terraced accessed from the kitchen. We were able to walk from the apartment to the cathedral quarter which has lots of restaurants to choose from. Really enjoyed our stay and would happily stay there again.

We were very comfortable wandering down the street and sharing a few pints in the local pub and grabbing a takeaway pizza but that may not suit everyone. The apartment is quite a way from the city and not really in a ‘restaurant precinct’.

Very well appointed with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We made use of the washing machine and, because of the stunning, warm weather, dried everything on the terrace. Barry was excellent with his communication and everything went smoothly. Thanks for the chocolates 👍🏻

Great apartment, a little home away from home. It was so nice having the kitchen facilties to be able to make your own food. I will definitely book the rooftop apartment next time I visit Belfast. Great value for money

There's not a lot not to like, except there are stairs access would a problem for some. Wasn't for us.

Nothing to complain about

The property is spacious, cosy,clean and has everything you need. Kitchen / lounge: Has hob, oven, microwave, toaster, washing machine. No need to bring anything as everything is provided. Nice touch with snacks, tea, coffee, sugar. Even sweets on the pillows! The heating works perfectly. Tv has Netflix so bonus! Bedrooms:Beds were comfortable. Ample room in bedroom. Hairdryer, snuggle blanket, drawers and hanging rail. All very positive. Bathroom:Clean with toilet, basin, bath and shower. Even toiletries provided. Thank you. Only downside is a temperamental shower but not a huge problem. Location:15 minute easy walk to city centre. Couple of local supermarkets. Bus route if needed. We had the top apartment so no issues with noise. Host Barry is just the best. Always replied to messages immediately. My daughter and I had a lovely stay, and would return again. Thank you.

The apartment itself was lovely and would be very comfortable for longer stays. However we were very surprised by having a substantial security deposit requested via bank transfer, especially because this is not made clear in any of the information prior to booking. I would probably not be comfortable sending money directly like that with no centralised process.

The oven instructions were not in an obvious place, or clear. The slippery mat on the bathroom floor. No oven gloves. Only one small sharp knife, which was blunt.

The cleanliness. The efficient heating controls. The location for getting into the city by bus. Good local shops.

Nothing, everything was really good. If staying in summer, note there is no air conditioning.

Everything you need for a short or long stay. Washing machine is a bonus and washing liquid/powder supplied. All dishes/glasses/mugs and cutlery provided. Bus stop within 100m of property and only 10-12 min bus ride to city centre even in peak hour. I felt very safe as a solo traveller staying here.

The apartment was absolutely immaculate! Very cosy and a fantastic location, 10 mins to the city centre! There is also a taxi office next door which made getting a taxi to the airport really easy. The staff could not have been any better, really friendly and helpful. Highly recommend and we will definitely be back!

Very clean, a heating system to die for, great security, especially as no chance of losing any keys. Plenty of necessary provisions in both bathroom and kitchen. Having a taxi firm and a convenience store either side was a real bonus, as were the bus stops just metres away. The city centre itself is only a 15 minute walk too.
