I cleaned the green algi off the plastic railing myself when fish and chips is served in the restaurant please serve on a plate take away containers are common and cost more

Male toilets behind reception had a distinct ammonia smell that to be honest made it quite difficult to breathe in. Avoided using the toilets.

Location was perfect for us and had some activities on site to do for the children.

Driveway too narrow. Neighbours a little close when in hot tub it the back. One blind not long enough in back bedroom.

Great cottage with hot tub. Lovely location right by the lakes. Everything needed is included. Plenty of room inside for family of 4.

Having to book a slot to use the indoor pool. Not nearly enough information given at check in and we didn’t realise until after the check in staff had left that they had forgotten to give us towels. The staff were all quite young and a few ( which stands out) were extremely lacking in customer service skills and could be heard quite clearly complaining about guests. Overall customer service was quite poor here and you felt like everything was an effort and an inconvenience to them. Not professional.

The location was really good. It was what you would expect at a place like this but nothing fantastic. The vans were clean, warm (once you turned on the boiler which no one tells you about) and lots of storage space. The single beds needed new mattresses and were very uncomfortable. Having to rebook a swimming slot was disappointing.

Very nice clean Chalet, our specific chalet was in the shade a fair bit under some trees so couldn’t really enjoy the outdoor patio as much (leaves from trees and shade made it a bit chilly) however! We were staying with our dog and were allocated a corner plot which had a decent enough garden for him to run around! Only other negative is the WiFi (there isn’t any!) but decent enough phone signal for 4-5G I suggest leave the screens and explore the beautiful island!

We loved the property, the caravan was spotless and very comfortable, there was a small issue with the sofa as it felt thatthe base of one had collapsed a little and a chopping board would be great and much appreciated. However these are very small issues and didn't detract from the holiday at all.

At first glance the caravan was clean and tidy however, upon closer inspection there were a number of cobwebs and there was damaged walls. We were only staying a couple of days so we didn't make a fuss. Especially as there was no small children with us. There was no hot water for the showers in the pool area.

The staff were welcoming and friendly. The pool and the bar area were clean and tidy. Overall, we were very happy with our stay. There was a good selection of utensils for the kitchen including a great little welcome pack. We would come back and stay again.

Central part of the island which made it easy to travel to all parts. Nice to have the bar and restaurant to relax in of an evening. Deluxe cabin was cosy and the lounge area was spacious.
