I wish the shower head had a bit more pressure and that the lighting in the bathroom was brighter/stronger. The television, compared to other hotels is a bit outdated in the sense that you can’t connect your phone to stream your own programmes. But you can still watch normal television. So honestly, taking into account the low price, I think this hotel is totally worth it.

The location was excellent. Right next to Paddington underground. Also close to some corner shops and restaurants. So you don’t need to venture far if you need some essentials or a quick dinner. The bed was really comfortable and I slept really well. You can hear the underground a little but it wasn’t enough to disturb me or my sleep so I didn’t mind. The room was very clean. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. I appreciated that you could leave your luggage in the luggage hold after checkout. I would say this hotel is for someone who is planning to be on the go. Overall very happy.

Location was fantastic for walking or catching the tube. Super quiet street but so close to Hyde Park and eateries, cafes close by. Complimentary coffee and tea in the room. Bed was comfortable and the room, facilities clean. Staff were helpful and friendly. We really enjoyed our stay.

The room was too small for a King sized bed. If you want to get to the other side of the bed you literally had to crawl across the bed or shimmy in front of the bed next to the wall with the TV. About 6 inches. Some damage to the room that can easily be fixed with paint.

It was quiet other then the tube running under the hotel. But it wasn’t bad at night and i wear earplugs. Staff were pleasant.

- I arrived at the hotel late after a long afternoon of travel, and there was a note on the desk saying that the staff member would return after 10 mins. However I was waiting for about 20 minutes along with other people and I had to call the desk phone to get their attention. The staff member was just in the room behind the desk - I'm sure they were busy but I was a little confused why they hadn't come out to check if anyone was there. - There was no remote control in the bedroom for the TV. - The window in the bathroom had a broken latch so it was permanently open, and the room was pretty cold. There wasn't any temperature control or way of warming it up.

I thought that the room and bathroom were nicely decorated and clean, and the bed was very comfortable

The room was much tinier than we expected but manageable. The glass door to the bathroom didn’t close properly (and there was no lock) so there was not really any privacy. The toiletries in the shower didn’t dispense as the pumps were broken. There was some noise from the underground but to be expected and didn’t bother us.

The location was ideal. Very close to Paddington station. The staff were very nice at reception.

The room is extremely small! Nowhere in bathroom to even hang a bathtowel. Limited number of power points.

Fabulous location. Walking distance to train and bus. Great restaurants, cafes, pubs in walking distance. Staff friendly and helpful. Bed comfortable. Good wifi.

The shower screen wouldn't close and the mattress was very firm very clean no do not disturb signs and no instructions for coffee machine ... TV Ariel was not connected so we had to try and connect

How close the hotel is to paddington station and within walking distance to many shops and underground 24 hour access so when we came back from O2 there is still some one on reception. We arrived earlier than check in and they allowed

The room was small and no room for storage of luggage. The basin was in the room and not the bathroom. And we could easily here the trains in the underground beneath us,

The room was a bit on the pricey side, and breakfast wasn’t included in the rate—which would have been a nice touch. It would’ve been lovely to enjoy a little breakfast at the hotel in the mornings. That said, we found some charming cafés in the neighborhood where we had great breakfasts, so it turned out to be a nice way to explore the area too.

The hotel had a fantastic location, just a short walk from Paddington Station. There were plenty of cozy pubs and restaurants nearby, which made exploring the area even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the room was lovely—though a bit on the smaller side. Everything was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping was excellent. The neighborhood around the hotel was fairly quiet, and we weren't disturbed by any street noise at night, which made for a great night's sleep. Overall, we had a really pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel, even if it was a little on the pricey side.

Although the bed was comfy and big, the room was very small. Therefore had to climb over husband to get in and out. Not much storage space for clothes. And no storage for luggage, but didn’t really affect us as we just kept our cases in the corner

Was a bit loud in the middle of the night with other guests coming in. The polish used on the wardrobe was extremely strong smelling which aggravated an allergy
