Air conditioning in room could be more efficient

The shower room’s glass door was not fitted properly and the water leaked easily . The all rooms were refurbished and the room has steps but we were afraid of the steps . We preferred previous style flat room . Also there weren’t any plates and bowls , folks . The room had those things last year .

Location was excellent and I requested my room face to the high street , in front of the bus stop , lower floor and the hotel staff gave me the room which I wanted .

Car park is accessed via a narrow winding route. not for the faint-hearted!

Staff were professional and welcoming. Friendly and very happy to help. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in great location for access to public transport. We have stayed here before on trips to London. Eg. Theatre visits and other social occasions. Staff are all excellent. Cleanliness is first class. Good size rooms. Beds are very comfortable. Wonderful bathroom, with walk in shower and a full size bath. Great to relax in. Definitely recommend for a relaxing break in London Also recommend the Room service breakfast. Lots to choose from and good portions.

There was no socket for fan in the bathroom. (couldn't find it). To dry hair from the lobby was little bit uncomfortable

Garden Deluxe room are the best in terms of comfort, amenities, size and nost of all stunning view of Kensington Gardens. Breakfsast is also very good. Location in Kensignton is top. It was a special occasion and the hotel staff arrange a very nice surprise in the room with champagne and birthday cake.

Room 901 - stay away! Many issues, some noise (water) coming from the adjecent service room and elevators. Missing hand towel rail, strange smell in bathroom, flashing red light from fire/sprinkler device. The day after we changed to room 815 (same room type) and everything was fine (none of the above issues were present in the new room).

Excellent location Clean rooms Child friendly Breakfast was good with many options and fruits, although beware that if you order pancakes or omelet to be delivered to your table a service charge of £7 applies!

There was not much room between the bottom of the bed and the wall, so we were constantly knocking our feet on the corners of the bed. Also, the chair in the room didn't fit under the desk so this also made it difficult to move around the bed.around

Can’t say there was much I didn’t like, I guess £4 for a 200ml glass bottle of Diet Coke was a bit of a surprise but that’s only cause I’m from the north :D

Staff were amazing and friendly, all the facilities were clean at all times and always happy to help. Had a great sense of privacy and safety, as someone not used to London, this was very important.
