Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Really good location next to Earls Court Underground with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. What made our stay excellent however was the friendliness and exceptional customer service from Theresa ! Thanks so much for being so wonderful to us and our adult kids you are a treasure and next time in London we would stay at Rushmore Hotel purely for the service that Theresa provides 10/10

GreeceLocated next to Earl's Court station with ease of access in central London. The room I selected was relatively small but convenient, with garden view. They kept my luggage after checkout (which is not always the case). Within a walking distance there are cafes, restaurants, pubs for every taste.

SwedenThe hotel has no bar, restaurant or elevator. "Toiletries" was supposed to be included in the room, but i only found hand soap.
The hotel is located just a short walk from Earl Court metro station. Great location for getting around in London since you can reach many metro lines from that station. The hotel is typical English, with carpets on the floor etc, but it is clean and functional. We slept well. Not much noise from the street outside.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, allowing us to check in early to leave our bags. Location was great, very close to the tube station and plenty of options for food very close-by. Our room had a balcony which was great for getting some air.

United StatesIt’s kind of old, room didn’t clean up very well. I found out the drawer had Maxi pads and traveling folders from the previous stay. The water kettle was very dirty and there was a layer of yellow stuff on top of the water. The hotel has to try their best in cleaning.

JapanThis time our room shower wasn't the best. The water builds up quickly in the shower pan, making us worry about the risk of flooding. Also, the shower head was unstable and shot out water at a weird angle. I hope they can fix this.
The staff are always welcoming and helpful. This is why I return again and again. Also it's a very convenient location for Heathrow and for the rest of London.
