Parking was a bit of an issue as it was very busy.

The property was clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need.

Often seaview rooms can be oversold when in fact you can only see the sights by craning around a corner, whereas this was a full uninterrupted view of the sea and waking up to the sound of the tide was lovely. Our room was on the top floor so although you could hear the people below with the windows open, it was not loud at all and there was no noise at all overnight. The room itself was much bigger than I expected with a very large bathroom and bath. Everything was spotlessly clean and the room came with all of the amenities you could need. I liked the lockbox check in so we could just let ourselves in when ready and there was a detailed information pack including contact numbers in the room should the need arise. In summary, lovely room, great location and will stay again. There was also a lovely private courtyard on the lower floor, brimming with beautiful plants and foliage.

We were in Room 8, overlooking the beach. The room was a good size, light and well furnished. The bathroom was large, clean and everything worked well. There was a lift from the ground floor (stairs too, if preferred!) The flowers at the rear of the building were beautiful and well tended. The whole building appeared to be well looked after. The staff we met were friendly and profession. If in the area, we would stay there again.

Parking. Couldn't park close, until after the evening crowds left. But later, was able to park overnight with no problems And while the balcony was great, there was a very large step to access it, & no hand holds. Going out was ok, coming back in not so easy.

Great location, right on the promenade. Loved the balcony, we were able to sit & have dinner overlooking the water. Bathroom was nice. Unit was exactly as described, very comfortable. Great security with locked gate & outer door.

Fabulous location. Room was really nice, clean modern, comfy bed and had everything we needed. Sitting on the balcony late evening with a drink watching the sea was special.

The bed was a little bit too hard for me. But that is due to my back problem.

My husband and I stayed for our wedding anniversary. The room was lovely and clean. We were impressed with the room. The surroundings were very pretty and there were some nice restaurants to eat. We would definitely stay again

Lack of human contact (no reception and no staff on premises with the exception of the presence of the housekeeping lady in the mornings. That lady was very helpful in finding a place where my luggage could be left for a few hours before my departure) No properly secure area to leave luggage Bedside lights not great for reading - not a big problem, I am being 'picky

the lights in the courtyard were very bright and in all night. whole the curtains were heavy and blackout there was still a bright ray of light from the curtains meeting and reflecting off the ceiling. i like a room to be completely dark as i struggle to sleep - so this did not help otherwise it was great all round

The bath was not available in our room as the mechanism was broken However on contacting the guest communication team the matter was addressed and we were moved to another room. This was flawless and to be commended in their reaction to our notifying them about the problem.

Synthetic turf on the balcony is a nice touch but once it rains it ain't getting dry in a hurry.

Amazing stay at Beachcliffe. I highly recommend the sea view rooms, waking up to that view was worth every penny. I found that the pictures don’t do the rooms justice, they are much bigger and feel like they should be much more expensive than they are. The coffee machine was an added bonus. Would definitely stay again.
