Only thing was in our room the bathroom ….the shower had no door it was like a wet room and it got absolutely soaked wet after one shower .needs a shower door to prevent the floors getting soaked

Some stains on carpet and bench upholstery in the room which wasn't great. Free hotel car park is tiny - appeared to be around 6/8 spaces. The pay and display in front of the hotel was also full when we got there - not to hotels fault but something to note if you are planning on using these facilities, there are more places to pay and display on the streets around the hotel but will involve a walk.

Room was small but had everything needed. Hotel is situated on seafront, the view from the from the hotel I'm sure is lovely but we unfortunately visited on two foggy days so can't comment on that. Decorated nicely and bathroom was modern and clean. Breakfast 10/10, hashbrowns were really tasty. Staff friendly and helpful.

Slightly better pillows would be my only suggestion.

Breakfast and dinner were excellant, they were very happy to work around my dietary restrictions. Very friendly staff at all points of delivery.

Dirty grout/mould on the floor tiles in the bathroom. Window in bay-window overlooking the sea had fingerprints over it. Bathroom is very small and water from shower floods the floor! Also due to bathroom size no space for the toilet paper to be put on a convenient toilet roll holder! unfortunately due to a private function we could not dine in the restaurant in the evening.

Modern, excellent location, nicely decorated. Excellent breakfast (although an extra expense). Lovely sunny terrace with all day sunshine so very pleasant to sit and look at view with a drink/lunch.

Staff were very professional and friendly. Great location. I called to ask for an ice bucket and plates to be put in the room as we were visiting for valentine's day and they provided that and added rose petals and swan towls as an extra touch that was very much appreciated

Shower room bit tight with glass window right by the door. Am partially sighted so walked straight into it. Coffee cups could be a bit larger

Modern room with view over the Estuary which was a bonus. The staff were approachable, friendly and helpful. bar snacks were good if a little pricey. Great to have free parking to rear of the hotel.

The air con althoigh really good and easy to use, it’s very loud. The shower is lovely but the room turns into a wet room as there’s no shower door or levelled surface.

Really lovely rooms, tv is a good height from the bed. The windows are lovely and big and curtains are good at night time. Shower is really lovely and the option to have handheld is good too. Room service food is delicious.

Evening meal was very poor and table service for drinks in afternoon was very slow. We had to go and ask again where our drinks were. However staff were polite

Last minute occupation due to being let down elsewhere in the City. Poor signage within building allocated room 311. Upon exiting the Lift signage indicated 300-310 only, imagine our surprise......! Upon investigation 311 & 312 did exist. Incredibly small room for the price, W/C seat fell off upon use, rusty fitting in bathroom. Shower managed to flood bathroom floor too, Poor design I feel. Positives we could access the property and Heating system very efficient.
