Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomUnfortunately one of the rooms we booked on the 4th floor was close to the main door for the floor which was a heavy fire door. As the darts had been on in the city, people were returning between 1 - 5am and the slamming of the door did wake me up at times. Although I don't think this would be an issue normally.
Great location, close to both the bus and railway stations. The rooms we had were slightly dated on the fourth floor but I can see from other reviews that they've refurbished others. The double rooms are spacious and good value for money, beds are very comfy too.

We stayed one night to catch the train from Aberdeen to Inverness. We had a lovely clean room, which we found comfortable with tea/coffee facilities. I found the shower a bit difficult to regulate and it may need looked at but it got the job done. I meant to say this to reception and I forgot in my hurry. The breakfast in the morning was exceptional with very fresh fruit and a lovely hot cooked breakfast with a good choice. Staff were very attentive and friendly. We liked it so much we are staying there again in November. It is right across from Union Square, bus and train stations...maybe a clue in the name! Right next to Tivoli Theatre as well. Excellent value and The Station Hotel will become a go to stay when next in Aberdeen.

Very comfortable clean room lovely walk in shower. Tea and coffee provided in room also a wee mini fridge which was handy for drinks. Great location for shops bars and restaurants. Great hot and cold breakfast with a good choice of items
