Hotel is modern and everything feels new. Every staff member we spoke to was very pleasant and helpful. The room was a great size for what we paid and was in an idea location, just a short walk from the AO Arena

The breakfast room was not spacious enough, and felt really crowded when getting food from the buffet. Wifi was not the best! Had to pay an extra £10 for better wifi

Room was really comfortable and spacious with kitchen equipment if needed, modern bathroom and TVs. Staff were friendly!

Excellent stay, celebrated my boyfriend’s birthday and the staff were super friendly about decorating the room for this special day. Breakfast tasty, we stayed in the one bedroom king suite for 4 days and it was incredible, the amenities were great. Our room was always clean and back to brand new afger every night. Overall, fabulous stay!

Not much I didn’t like! The shower is okay but if possible to increase pressure would be even better.

the air con was on but even on the coolest settings the room was still hot during the night

The room was bigger than we thought, it had a kitchen with dishwasher and sofa area plus 2 x tvs. It was also very clean. There was plenty of breakfast options to choose from too. Ideal location only a 5 min walk into the town.

From the moment we arrived we received a friendly welcome and excellent service. Just came for one night stay to attend a concert, would not hesitate to stay here again on next visit. Comfortable , well appointed room with windows that open so you can get some fresh air. Excellent breakfast.

Thought the breakfast was to over crowded and the room was very small for the amount of visitors felt very cramped and felt I had to rush as people didn’t have seats or table but everything else was 10 out of 10

The Pizza and beer meal deal wasn't great. The pizza didn't seem fully cooked and the options were limited. The Wifi is slow, 10MB/s. My 4g phone connection is faster.

The room was good. The bed was very comfortable. There were two LG TVs in the room, and they allow you to Cast to the TVs, which is a really nice bonus. The location isn't scenic, but it's right by the northern quarter, but off the beaten track.

Perfect rooms for our family, Reception staff were all amazing. Zubia sorted rooms next door to each other, which made our stay perfect. Staff were so friendly Rose and Zubia⭐️⭐️

Not enough Space allocated to get breakfast. No mirror in bedroom but very large tv 3 guests only towels for 2

Location good easy to get to city centre and cafes nearby. Breakfast good choice . Large room very good facilities and clean spacious bathroom with comfortable large beds. Staff excellent very helpful All day coffee facility
