Lifts were often very busy causing queues.

Location was excellent, underground station very close and walking distance to many areas of interest particularly his majesty's theatre.

The room was a little small, there weren't any hooks in the bathroom and there was a frosted window in the bathroom which meant the room was flooded with light if the bathroom light was used during the night

The location and price. The room was newly refurbished which was lovely.

Would have liked a wee fridge so I could have had fresh milk but, otherwise a small but adequate room.

Such a great location, lots of theatres and eating places around. Absolutely the best value for money and very helpful staff.

We often experienced long wait times for the elevators, especially during busy periods—which seemed to be quite frequent. It would be great if this could be improved, as it sometimes made getting to and from the room quite inconvenient.

Sound proofing through the door isnt great so we kept being woken up by people coming back late. The bed frame was quite flimsy and i would have expected something more sturdy for the price.

Initially we were given the incorrect room for what we had booked but the manager made up for this by upgrading us to an executive triple which was greatly appreciated! Breakfast was nice and the new renovated rooms are lovely!

I think we had bed bugs…. Both me and my husband had bug bites on our legs. Didn’t have them before. It’s my fifth time in the hotel and I am always happy. I don’t know what happened this time. In their defense, we didn’t say something to the staff and if we did, I’m sure they would have fix everything

The best location. It’s my fifth stay. Great value for money

Breakfast could have been included in the price I paid for the room . I didn’t want to pay an extra £15 for breakfast. The rooms are a little small but have all you need for a short stay

I think the elevator system can be significantly improved (without the need for new elevators). One possible solution is to categorize the elevators into two groups: one for the lower levels and lobby, and another for the higher levels and lobby. (In this case, the management should provide signs or other aids to help customers line up properly.) I want to emphasize that this enhancement can be achieved with a simple adjustment. If possible, I suggest contacting the elevator management company to discuss how they can optimize the system for crowded situations. Additionally, I want to bring to your attention that the body wash dispenser has not been refilled throughout our entire stay. This review does not imply that my stay was unsatisfactory. Actually I loved the hotel!

I liked the overall service. Breakfast was great. Check-in procedure was warm and welcoming.

We booked the double room it was TINY! Each time we ran the sink it didn’t drain. Same with the shower ended up having to turn the shower off, let it drain for 5 mins and then finish the shower. Towels were super tiny. Lifts too AGES to come and stairs were windy and horrible to walk up/down. Particularly with a suitcase.

Great central location only 5 min walk from Tottenham Court Road tube, practically on Oxford Street! Kettle in room with tea/coffee making facilities, hair dryer, shampoo/conditioner & body wash, strong shower - 3rd floor. Spare blankets and pillows. Two Safe’s. Bed was comfortable. Staff lovely and was able to leave suitcase on check out to come back later.

Noisy. Some outside noise is to be expected as it's in a very central area. That is not really the problem, it's the lack of soundproofing inside. Could hear every noise from adjacent room and corridor, plus noise from above and below.

Great location, not expensive. Nice bathroom, good well lit separate area for applying make-up, mini fridge in room, plenty of tea and coffee, concierge excellent.

the bathroom in our room was very small with awkward placing of the toilet, loo roll holder and sink. towel holder was placed away from the sink so if you washed your hands it would drip water along the floor until you got to the towel.

very central with good travel access and main street access, plenty of shops and food places around. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful
