How guest reviews work
Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. In addition, guests can give separate ‘subscores’ in crucial areas, such as location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value for money and free Wi-Fi. Note that guests submit their subscores and their overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive information (e.g. emails, phone numbers or credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (e.g. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.
An Accommodation may choose to reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

The location was great in relation to where I was working. It was a clean and comfortable say for a great price. I was also allowed to use an extra parking space for my trailer.

Our code didn't work on the doors, but the owner gave us another one, so that was sorted. There was no light above the desk in the room we stayed.
Awesome self check-in, fast and easy. Staff were amazing. Free parking. Easy transport to the Airport.

For a short stay I cant think of anything I didnt like.
The beds were very comfortable and bedding immaculate..... cosy and quiet room. Bathroom was also very clean. The location is very good as you can walk to the town centre. It is close to the road but we were not aware of any traffic noise. Staff were very pleasant and helpful. We arrived late due to disruption with travel arrangements and the owner was very understanding. Very kind and extremely helpful.

A good, cheap stopover before taking a flight from Luton. Unmanned hotel, but communication very good with a code and room number to let ourselves in.

Wish it was an actually double bed, not just two singles pushed together but was still comfy. Don't get me wrong, i do plan on revisiting. Needed more coffee supplies as It only made one coffee for one of the mornings, but again, that's my preference as i love a coffee in the morning.
It was very clean and quiet. The room was a great size. Everything worked, which was great. The front little balcony was kinda cute. Was easy to access the hotel and room. Bed was comfy. Good value for money. If you need any questions answered even though it is an unmaned hotel, the communication was great and quick response via phone. Vending machine available. Overall i really enjoyed my stay , so thankyou 🙂

Electronic "assistants" are a convenient thing, but it is difficult to do without human control.
Considering the price/quality ratio, the room is excellent.

Parking, lack of toilet roll, lube in vending machine doesn't give you a great first impression
Easy to get in etc, no waiting or complications. Clean and tidy but it's not a top notch hotel. You get what you pay for perfect as a base to a local festival to rest your head and have a shower etc

Tiny cup and mug. Sticky packets of coffee (take your own). Bathroom sink takes ages to drain away. Toilet seat doesn’t stay up on its own. We were allocated a room via txt and given a door code. Unfortunately they had also sent this to someone else so when we opened the door to the room it already had someone’s belongings in it. Luckily we got there at a time a member of staff was on site who after a few calls managed to change us to another room. If we had got there later we would have been sharing a bed with a big fat bald bloke!!
Big bed, great shower. Exactly 10 mins from Luton Airport. Free but limited parking. Free wi-fi. Door code make it easy to come and go without worrying about keys. Enjoyed the noises from the room next door who were obviously having some early evening fun.

No staff on site to welcome you, and although the car park has a capacity of about 8 cars, I was lucky enough to get one, but during my stay, I noticed the garage opposite removed and replaced 4 cars and a van driver park up and walk around the corner so I do not understand why my vehicle registration is required when checking in online. I think the parking is being used by local non-paying guests. As guests are required to disclose registration numbers, I think checks should be made and possible parking tickets or keycoded parking Bay's.
The room was a good size for a over night stay, and the shower had good pressure overall it was all good
