It is on the High Street and within a ten minute walk to the train station, North Beach, Harbour Beach, Castle Hill and Castle Beach. The Staff were very friendly and accommodating and it’s the only hotel that I’ve been to that provides free snacks and bottles of water daily.

United KingdomThe room we had (211) was noisy, not sure what it was but I think it could have been pipes. Late at night they were still making a loud noise and we were unable to sleep and then just after 5am it started again. So not a great night's sleep.
The room itself was lovely, had all you needed. It would benefit from glasses as well as mugs. Great location for your stay and staff were friendly.

United KingdomThe entrance and hallway were a bit shabby, particularly the carpets and decoration. The bathroom in one room needs updating as there was a small amount of staining and black mould in the shower and around the base of the toilet. The towel rail was very rusty.
Great location, a lovely friendly pub downstairs. The rooms were very spacious and looked newly decorated with new carpets. The king-size beds were very comfortable with excellent bedlinen. The balcony was a bonus, but the decking needs jet washing as slippy.

United KingdomRoom facing the street was very loud on Saturday and Sunday evenings. One of the rooms had quite low ceilings. No breakfast option. No reception, pub downstairs where we checked in and out was very loud and unwelcoming.
