On arrival it was a sunny day and the property was very hot, and difficult to cool down. Lumpy pillows!!! Bathroom had no heating.

Great location - we were able to walk into central Cambridge easily. Onsite parking was great.

The furniture feels cheap, and the back garden makes only sense if you smoke. The sofa bed is not very comfortable to sleep on, and the skylights let way too much sun in if you sleep downstairs.

It's a nice accommodation, walking distance from the main interest points in Cambridge.

It had extremely good amenities and was very clean. The location is fairly close to the city centre which is very convenient. The sofas downstairs are comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well equipped with everything one might need to feel at home. The host was extremely kind, welcoming and helpful. They promptly answer to any queries and ensured that everything was alright during my stay.

Nothing to not like!

The most perfect little place to stay for my two friends and I who were visiting Cambridge. The apartment is bright and airy with plenty of room and fantastic facilities. The place was super clean and our host Nicky was super responsive. Would definitely stay again when visiting Cambridge in the future as it’s in a lovely spot and only a 20 min walk into town ☺️

Beautiful accommodation. Like a home from home. Comfortable and quiet and well equipped. Lovely bathroom. Tastefully furnished. Everything we needed. Lovely cafes etc nearby and a short walk to the centre of historic Cambridge. Would highlt recommend the Tivoli for food and atmosphere. (5 minute walk away).

A fantastic clean apartment, great design and spacious. Easy flat walking into the beautiful centre of Cambridge. It had the added benefit of private driveway for parking which gets a big thumbs up. Nicky could not have been more helpful, quick to respond with our questions prior to the stay and welcoming messages on arrival. Thank you a great stay

Sliding door to outside faulty, cups not clean and needed rewashed, cutlery drawer needs a proper clean out, shower mat gets very wet after shower usage, hanging wardrobe at top of stairs.

Wonderful in every way except for the early morning light downstairs -- for anyone sleeping there, the light is startling. Bring a sleeping mask for sure!

The internal stairs are tricky to navigate. If you are fit and well balanced, all good but if you are not, you may struggle with these as the bathroom is downstairs from the bedroom.

We loved the location. It was beautiful walking along the tree-lined riverbank to the punting stations and town and there was a grocery store and great pub nearby. The apartment is bright and airy and had everything we needed, including free parking. Nicky is a great host, responding quickly to any queries and providing easy-to-follow details for check-in.

The only issue, if one is sensitive to noise, is that when it rains heavily in the night the rain sounds very loud as the bedroom is upstairs right under the roof. But this can easily be solved with earplugs when it happens.

The house is wonderful - very spacious, full of light, modern but cosy and very clean. Not right in the historical centre but at walking distance, and 5 minutes from a wonderful walk by the river Cam, in a quiet street. Instructions on how to access the house and recommendations about everything we needed were extremely clear and helpful. Communication with the host was great.
