United KingdomOnly thing I'd say is the communication, decided to add extra day and when requested a change on the app no one got back to us, which meant we waited, rang several times no answer and then the price went up, so should have booked straight away, just thought it would be easier through them, also asked about carpark got answer straight away that some spaces are temporarily available, but to call prior arrival to confirm whether we can park there or not, but no one answering 🤷🏻♀️ when I asked about it, lady at the reception looked at me like she's just seen a ghost 🤷🏻♀️ I know it says no parking, but if they tell you they made space to accommodate 6 cars and then it's like they never said it, it's a bit yeah, disappointing But other than that great place, close to beach and other fun places

I preferred the refund it’s been a week and still nothing when they said it would take 2 days .. when trying to call or message I’ve heard nothing back .. apart from that it’s a nice place ..

United KingdomFor what we paid I seem invaluable to be picky however certain things in room need upgrading, such as windows, furniture is all run down.
We paid for a bed to sleep in for one night and it did the job for the night. The beds were comfortable enough and extra bed for my daughter.

United KingdomThe walls and floors feel very thin, could hear everything in the hallway, including people talking, walking and closing doors. Bathroom floor felt thin, very creaky. The £60 deposit felt unnecessary, carrying around £60 in cash in Blackpool as a solo woman felt very unsafe. The booking said there was no car park available at the site, so I paid extra for a public car park near by, only to find out there was a car park available for £10 which is cheaper than what i paid for the public car park, this would have been nice to know before arrival.
Comfortable bed and clean bathroom. Felt safe in the room. Slept well but did need my earplugs.

last min booking due to poor conditions of the one booked before hand, so glad i booked this place in the end clean well presents just like the advertising, keys for the doors, easy to access, love the parking right outside not bothered about paying for it just glad the cars right there room i was in was lovely and modern tv works great, hot water straight away, lovely view, defiantly my go to stay for black pool bed was that soft and comfy it gave me bad back! because i'm not used to the comfort it was that soft! ( good thing)

United KingdomThe free WiFi did not reach up to the third floor we was staying so TV choice was poor. Plus I had a 38 week pregnant partner with a 1 year old child and the lift was out of service so few trips up and down the stairs was a killer.
Property was in a great location and was clean. Staff was friendly and great.

United KingdomWasn't till after booking we were informed there was no onside parking and that there was a £60 cash deposit expected to pay for the room upon arrival to cover damages. So before checking out our was was inspected before deposit was returned.
Room was clean and close to the beach and where we wanted to be for our visit.
