We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Location was amazing for visiting the west end shows, great swimming pool and steam room!! Nice decorated room. Staff weee very attentive. Breakfast had lots of good options!!

United KingdomThe general appearance of the hotel and rooms in particular were very tired with blown mirrors in the rooms and health club. The paint was marked on all the walls and repair jobs were poor at best. Carpet had bleach marks all over. The pool was fair but paint and tiles falling off everywhere with broken stairs just left on the side. The hotel looks very shabby for a five star experience.
The staff were exceptional and very friendly. The smell of the communal areas was lovely with white company products throughout. The breakfast and bar areas were lovely with the breakfast itself being excellent. Bed was comfortable and location excellent.

United KingdomDon't be alarmed when you are into the reception with all the noise and chaos. The reception area is under current maintenance. After you leave reception, I hope you have a stay just as great as I did!
We stayed for my birthday, so Selim and the team made a great effort to make everything special. I can't thank the team enough. Everything was great!

United KingdomThere was a few minor issues such as on the left hand side of the bed there was no sockets for charging a phone. I like to sit at a mirror to do my makeup, which I could not do. Due to our room having a connecting door, you can hear everything from the room next door.
We were impressed when we entered our room as I did tell the hotel that it was our anniversary. They decorated the room for us and then room service delivered us a bottle of prosecco and afters, which was a nice touch.

Perfect location- just seconds from Piccadilly Circus and important streets for sight seeing. Rooms is smaller than expected but with all necessary equipment that you may need. Breakfast is on perfect place and atmosphere.

United KingdomT V control did not work, I had to call for assistance, the guy found the battery in the control did not connect with the terminals, as one of the springs was faulty, fixed it with a bang on the floor. The main shower was faulty as you couldn't turn the temperature down hence it was on at it's hottest, which is very unsafe. There was marks on the controls which looked like someone had a pair of grips on it to fix it. Hence they most have known it was dangerous, but still rented the room out.
Breakfast was excellent. Beds were very comfortable.
