Great choice for breakfast, tried two or three and all excellent. Room absolutely superb. Lovely area and not too far from everything.

Everything was perfect.

The breakfasts were delicious, with a huge variety to suit all tastes. Our room felt luxurious, with a very comfortable King sized bed (Australian sizing), and huge, fluffy towels. Chris and Caroline were great hosts, who offered us great advice on what to see and where to go in the area. We had a wonderful stay.

One feels at home in this hotel , everything about the building exudes quality and the bed was so comfortable , next time i am in the area i wouldn't hesitate to stop there again. Chris and Caroline are a lovely couple and as a lone traveller it was nice to have the opportunity to chat about the building and the local gin

It couldn’t have been better.

Breakfast was excellent. Lovely selection of fruit, cereal, yoghurt and pastries as well as the menu items. Beautifully cooked by Owner Chris and served by Owner Caroline.

The highlight of this property is undoubtedly the proprietors, who are cheerful, friendly, and an amazing source of information about the local area. We have a wonderful comfortable stay and highly recommend Ravilious !

We had to pay!

The breakfast was varied and cooked fresh. We were warmly welcomed and treated with great hospitality. Good knowledge of the area and they recommended a lovely restaurant with 10minutes walk. Our room was marvellous.

Nothing really, other than preference for walk in shower, which I think was available in the upper Exec room. All was amazing.

We were lucky enough to have booked the Exec double which was large bright and airy. Loved the seating area which allowed us to unwind after a walk to beachy head and loved the biscuits and tunnocks tea cakes in the room. Also loved the options at breakfast, with a variety of hot options as well as cereals, yogurts and croissants.

That we weren’t staying longer!!

Caroline and Chris’s welcoming energy and the love and dedication that has clearly gone into Ravilious. The room and the communal spaces are stylish, spotless and great attention to detail. The bed was huge and so comfortable. The bath was a lovely touch and a relaxing experience. Breakfast was amazing, the overnight oats are *chefs kiss* - need to get the recipe as I forgot! We went to an event at the Congress which was a five minute walk and we had a tasty Thai meal beforehand - thanks for the reco! 5 mins to the seafront and we enjoyed a sauna the next morning.
