Only negative for us was the pillows on the bed were very flat but that’s it.

The property was lovely and has everything you needed. The breakfast items were a nice idea and Gareth our host was friendly and helpful. Lovely being so near the canal and cycle route. Would stay again

Great location with parking facilities so able to leave the car and walk to town centre , cottage cosy & comfortable with everything you need , and close to Brecon canal .

Other than not being able yo have a bath because there wasn't any hot water and the tv in the bedroom didnt work. It's was very clean and a nice stay.

Shower was tepid and the sofa uncomfortable but we managed fine.

Great little cottage in perfect location with free parking. Very cosy. Nice to have two toilets and a hot bath as well as a shower. Kitchen facilities perfectly adequate with toaster, kettle and hob. Dogs werre made very welcome in the cottage as well as in the pub! Very good value for money in Brecon.

Very quiet, yet very near town and nature walks. Aldi around the corner. Beds very comfy and covers not too hot.Two toilets. Basic food there on arrival. Various busses go to Brecon. Brecon is a small historic town.

The mattresses were not very comfortable, also kitchen utensils were sparse, more sharper knives. Hot water was intermittent, either scalding or cold.

Breakfast was good, fridge fully stocked.

The bed near the window needed a new matress. An uncomfortable sleep. The settee downstairs not comfortable either.

The mattress was hard, old and springs poked into me. Luckily there was a spare mattress down stairs which I put over the old mattress. The old hair drier is falling apart at the end. It looks so old I wonderIng if its electrically safe ?

Somewhere in the accommodation description a cooker top is mentioned and the user manual is there, but there is only a microwave. The crockery is limited but very clean! However, with a bit of thought we managed, without ready meals or takeaways and had a lovely holiday!

Unique little cottage in ideal location. We had the best night sleep ever on a holiday, due to the double glazed, well fitted windows, the firm but comfortable mattress and the not too hot covers for the time of year.I was impressed, how well my special requests (because of various medical conditions) were taken into account! The Manager is living next door and the owners are Professionals. A toilet upstairs and downstairs was very useful! We did not know how the "Free Breakfast" would work on six nights. Now we realise that the items are left in the kitchen on arrival and if more is needed during the stay you can ask for it

Excellent location for all amenities and town centre. Nice walks from cottage. Parking on site. Plenty of choice of breakfast options in cottage along with milk, bread and orange juice. Very quiet . Would return if in the area

The weak points as I'm sure you know are the sofa, and the downstairs TV. The back of the sofa will not stay upright and has to be wedged against the stairs. The downstairs TV picture quality is very poor, and can't receive any BBC channels. The parking is very tight but manageable.

Although slept well the beds had been a little ‘warn’ although this would not put us off staying again.

Bread, coffee, tea, milk and juice left for us upon arrival. Catered for our late arrival, and couldn’t have been more pleasant
