Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The staff are friendly, warm and welcoming. I had emailed them day of arrival regarding a possible early check -in and within the hour, a very efficient Paris, from the hotel emailed me confirmation ( and a huge sigh of relief as a last minute pleasure beach trip wouldnt be too much fun with luggage etc ) A great family run hotel. This is not our first time staying at The Kings cross, nor our last.

The hot chocolate was so good 😍 We didn't get around to trying the gourmet burgers as we was going to try them on the last night but unfortunately my daughter wasn't well all day so we couldn't try them 😪 Will definitely stay again

Only criticism from us was the placing of the toilet in the en-suite, that said this is the best stay I’ve had in Blackpool and one of the cheapest too

United KingdomShower was really small(but not much can be done I think) as was the double bed there was arguing neighbours in next room but was sorted quickly by the owner and drunk family on last night scared the kids as police arrived arresting someone and they heard shouting and got quite scared but these things happen but still enjoyed the time there
