The room temperature was set and it felt a little cold. Even with the climate unit turned up the room did not feel as warm as we would like but this could be a personal thing.

The location was very close to town and also the train station. The room was very nice with a graet bathroon and facilities.

Lift only to 1st floor then you have to walk up a steep set of stairs to 2nd floor.

The access to the top floor rooms. I have mobility problems and it was not explained to us that the lift only goes to 1st floor. Our room was in the 2nd floor.

Some of the hotel receptionists were unfriendly. Heating hard to understand.

The convenience of the hotel being above the pub. Nice decor. Brilliant shower.

Service getting drinks was VERY slow on the Friday night, and slow on the Saturday night as well. The pub itself wasn't overly crowded for a weekend (I've seen it busier on previous stays), and myself and friends ordered through the app for drinks to be delivered to our table. This is normally much quicker than queueing at the bar, but was so slow that we ended up ordering a round in advance, and still had to wait with empty glasses. We also tried ordering at hte bar, but despite not being overly busy, there weren't enough staff on duty. Maybe they just had a temporary staff issue, and it won't stop me staying again, as I've stayed quite a few times, and it's a decent place to stay in the middle of Salisbury (although the price of the room seems to have increased significantly over the last few years)..

Room was plenty large enough, clean and had the facilities I needed. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was decent value, as was food in the evening, along with beer prices (it is a Wetherspoons after all).

Sticky tables

Brilliant location. The food was reasonably good although my wife's chips were a bit lukewarm. Also some of the tables were a bit sticky and needed to be wiped down properly.

Cold, its november, wall fan heater didnt heat room just blew cold air, bathroom heater wouldnt turn on

Absolutely nothing...our first time in a wetherspoon Hotel and definitely not the last....we need more hotels like these

The location and the building were excellent...only a ten minute walk from the railway station and 2 minutes and you are into the shops

Bed was just a standard double. Comfortable but a king gives a little more space. Although the room size we were in was rather small so probably wouldn't fit. Wasn't any preference on the booking site to choose a larger room or bed sizes (stayed before and had a huge room)

Central location that was great for the event we were in attending in Salisbury. Room was clean, comfortable with a nice bathroom, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, tea/coffee facilities and bottled water. Being above the pub was great for breakfast.

Kings Head wasn't far from the train station and also close to centre of town. Good location. Had breakfast in the Kings Head Pub which is right next door - reasonable prices. You can get free coffee all day. Room was a good size. Staff brought us 2 fans as the room was fairly warm, which was great.

The carpet is smelly and the floor make noises on each step.

The location and the distance from the train station and Citycentre was nice. All very close.

No parking at hotel so had to stay in long stay car park which cost £20 for weekend stay.

Room was spacious and very clean, the bed was very comfortable, nice big bathroom and shower very good, there is a lift to rooms but stairs to second floor. No parking which has to be done at long stay car park about a 10 min walk away

Some of the other punters were extremely rude , loud and used much bad language, despite being warned, they were still not removed by staff.
