Over a pub so a bit noisy but was there for a concert so wasn’t a problem shower a bit small to get in and out off

Under beds were dusty and had rubbish under them. Very basic facilities, and could hear everyone coming and going- shouldn’t be advertised as parking as we struggling to get parking on the street outside. Just depends on luck of the day

Noisy but it was Jurgen Klopp's last game in charge, so it was expected to be a party that night!

No-one was there to clean the room and provide clean towels between the two nights' stay. The location is particularly "dodge" and the persons who attend the bar below were extremely drunk and the noise went on until very early hours of the morning.

I like the place as Anfield stadium was close to my apartment. We had some problem with code to access the apartment as I booked it for 15:00, but we did not get till around 16:30.

Hotel is about 5 min walk from Anfield so perfect for a match day stay, was comfortable and clean would recommend

Access to the room proved difficult as the check-in instructions were not sent prior to our arrival

Friendly staff in the Kop End Bar were very helpful. There was confusion over the room we had booked but alternative was found immediately

Noise from the bar. Noise from outside the room window til late Uncomfortable mattress. Small almost inaccessible shower. No breakfast included.

The pictures for this venue need to be drastically updated. It was not exactly clean but that may just be my standards. Right above a bar but don’t expect to get any sleep. Sounds like there is a party inside your room until around 11.45pm when they wind down to close. Now I get that it was a Saturday night and Liverpool had just won but I had my son who was struggling to sleep. They really need to think about soundproofing the room. Lady was lovely at check in, didn’t see anyone at check out.

The property is not a hotel as expected. It’s a couple of bedroom studios. Host was kind however, the heating system was very poor the room wasn’t getting warm. The shower mixer isn’t great either. Runs between too hot or too cold. Besides that. Location is close to town and local shops.

The room was dirty, the toilet seat was unattached and the water from the shower was not warm. There doors worked with passcodes, my code stopped working out of nowhere and had to wait for someone to come to the hotel to fix it for me, they were friendly though.

I got a noisy neighbor and he put on tv until 5.30 am and hence could not sleep well and you can hear what’s going on in the next room.

the place is new/just renovated 2 weeks before our stay. The place is little bit out of the center, but actually enjoyed to take the bus and see the outside part of Liverpool. Also an extra for football fans: both Anfield and Goodison Park are both in walking distance If you stay, visit the local coffee place: Homebaked, it's just lovely!
