Good location for Christchurch and the New Forest. Beautiful room which was clean and comfortable with fridge, coffee maker, fan and air con. Dog friendly too, and staff couldn’t be more accommodating. Breakfast was excellent, plenty of cooked and cold options. Would stay again.

The copper bath in suite Didn’t want to use it . Felt it looked scruffy inside and not pleasant to lie in But it did look Impressive as decor in suite.

A great evening menu for a Sunday and a lovely outdoor area to sit in. The breakfast was really good - fresh fruit and yoghurt and pastries followed by an excellent choice of hot food. The staff were friendly and attentive. The bed in our room was very comfortable. A good shower and the organic Bramley toiletries smelt wonderful. There was a good range of coffee for the machine in our room.

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful hotel. Our room was stunning, and we really appreciated the lovely extra touches, such as the high-quality tea and coffee selection and the provision of real milk. Breakfast was excellent, and the staff were all incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our visit. Highly recommend and would certainly stay again.

Where in the restaurant and I didn't think much of the food they charged a service charge without asking first and it was very expensive I did get a refund on my service charge that was the only thing wrong with the place

The room was quite hot although we did have window open at night & used the air con if still felt stuffy one thing that was annoying was the constant clicking blue light that came off /on in the bathroom all night the room also wasn’t cleaned until 4pm on our first full day which was late !

Staff were wonderful. Friendly, helpful and accommodating - made us feel extremely welcome. I really appreciated the token in the room for a complimentary soft drink or G&T. The breakfast was fantastic and we really enjoyed our fish and chips dinner. The bar/restaurant area and out door terrace were spacious and really comfortable - the blankets provided for outside are a lovely touch.

Excellent location and comfortable rooms. Breakfast only served from 8am. If needing to travel earlier there is the offer of a packed continental breakfast. I am grateful the staff were able to accommodate my request to have the breakfast ready for 8am. Will stay again when visiting Christchurch.

The room fridge, even in a cupboard, was quite noisy andcI couldnt turn it off as the plug was concealed. bathroom extractor also a bit noisy, butvturns off after 5 mins so not an issue. the Garden View w

nice hotel, good food, genuine service, perhaps nicer than expected. good room facilities, inc coffee machine, very comfy bed though pillows perhaps past their best. nicely clean, though maybe some mould on outer windows (secondary glazing). some good notes on disabling machines to cut noise. certainly wouldcrecommendca stay here

The hotel was an amazing location, with a short drive to the beach and Christchurch. The decor was beautiful in the room and restaurant area, with the food also lovely. The staff were very friendly and helpful and welcomed my dog. Would definitely recommend and hope to return soon!

I think facilities could be looked at for disabled traveller's, mybparents have limited mobility and found tbe stairs extremely difficult
