On main road and unable to close windows properly due to old fashioned windows, meaning lots of noise still at night.

Lovely shower and bathroom . Accommodation facilities, ie lights, bed exceptional 👌.

Difficult to see a permanent staff at the reception. Looks more like a guesthouse rather than a hotel.

Cheap price, helpful staff, large and comfortable rooms

Traffic noise was very intrusive. Room window requires extra level(s) of glazing. My wife got very little sleep as result. While we knew beforehand that no breakfast was on offer, and we were advised on arrival that cafe(s) were available on nearby beach. These proved to be almost two miles away and closed when we got there.. We had to hunt down open Wetherspoons further on in Sefton shopping centre.

Nice spacious comfortable room with modern spacious bath/shower room. Sefton Beach has Sir Anthony Gormley's Iron Man statues which were worth seeing. Caretaker ( lives next door) was cheerful and tried to be helpful ( see regarding breakfast availability mentioned below.
