Very hot room.quite small with a lot of road noise. But that's a trade off for being in town I guess.

So close to town .bar below .car park.helpfull pleasant staff .it did the job for a group of travelling motorcycle tourers passing through.

I expected the beds to have a little better comfort, as they were it´s really bad. The room ( no1) was really noise, especially up to midnight. It´s a stay for really low budget, however the cost was a liitle bit high for what we got......120 punds instead of 166 would have been more than enough. If you want a more relac evening you should try another hotel, I will.

I like the location of the hotel and that they had a private parking in the backyard.

The staff are really nice and friendly, I was staying across the road in a separate building, the facilities there were good, a full kitchen for cooking.

Positives - Fabulous Sunday Roast meal. Great bar staff and friendly locals Nice ensuite bathroom Close to cafe for breakfast Walkable from from Falkirk Grahamsten station (not easy from Falkirk Hill) Negatives - Spiral stairs hard with heavy bags. Needs some sort of nice smelling air freshners/diffusers in upstairs hallways as has that old unaired smell. Bedroom hallway filled up with old tables etc and messy office space. Could do with a couple of armchairs there and office glass doors curtained off from mess. Ok stay, we slept well.

Facilities basic at the moment and view not great, but it is a town centre hotel. Fridge on top of chest of drawers works but not really hotel standard. Couldn't get to grips with the shower.

Enjoyed our stay in this old pub, people are clearly trying to upgrade so no doubt will come in time. Certainly clean, and downstairs bar very friendly and well stocked. Got parked in the hotel.

Bed was lumpy shower door to close to sink kept bashing of basin you had to be normal sized to get in shower anyone of a large capacity would not be able to gain access to shower no batteries in remote for t v i reported this and 4 hrs later chose to buy batteries myself

We arrived early were not meant to get access till 3pm but let us in at 12 noon all staff were lovely to deal with food was delicious hotel in a gteat site for access to shops etc

I'm not a fan of the big advert and QR code stickers on the window, the main part of the older building is lovely and the orange/black sign doesn't do anything.

Great location in town. Staff were very helpful. Accommodation was no frills, however very clean, comfortable and perfectly acceptable. We had no noise or anything and overall was good value. the bar downstairs is really lovely. We didn't eat, but they have a great range of drinks, the crowd was young and old and they seemed busy with food orders.

Probably our fault but the stairs both to the rooms and to the toilets were many and quite tight . The rooms were dated but we slept exceptionally well . We wouldn't stay here again but only because our party was older and struggled

There were a lot of steps which a couple of our older family found a bit daunting, not really for anyone with mobility issues, but for able bodied people couldn’t fault it

The fridge is a bonus but if it doesn't work when plugged in it is not. Understand it is connected to licensed premises but noise seemed to get louder late at night in the facility. I was so tired I fell asleep but word up to passerby group making noises but understand that is no fault of hotel. Nice enough for 1 night.
