Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

The location of the guest house was very good for access to the town centre with all the shops, bars and restaurants. There was wasy access to the Cotswolds too as the guest house is on a good bus route. Intially we were allocated Room 7 but this was on the top floor and my husband could not manage the stairs. The owner noticed he was struggling and immediately allocated us Room 4 which was much easier for him to reach. The room was a good size, the bed was very comfortable and although the bathroom was a little on the small side it was more than adequate for our stay.

United KingdomWe would have liked parking a little closer to the hotel due to carrying bags etc. This is only a slight negative as we managed to get parking about six or seven minutes away. There is a NCP car park across the road but is much more expensive than the permit available from the guesthouse.
Breakfast was good with plenty of choices. The guesthouse was immaculately clean and staff were friendly and helpful. We booked the guesthouse as we were attending the races and so were ideally located for walking to the course. The town centre is only a few minutes walk away.
