The room was bright, but couple of issues like grouting in the shower. and one plug surround broken . Also it was right above the stage with evening entertainment daily. The hotel is dated in public areas and breakfast is basic

the staff were great and the location is good.Our room was lovely with sea view and great . Good for a overnight stay at reasonable price

The lift was a bit small, my wife struggled to get in with her mobility trolley, I didn't like the beers on offer except for Guinness, I don't drink lager and I don't like Boddington's bitter

We didn't have meals in the hotel, the location was fine with shops, a cafe and a few good pubs nearby

Not wheelchair accessible as stated staff said wasn't their fault, but it was due to booking .com advertising the hotel as wheelchair accessible when it wasn't

Staff were really lovely my daughter is in a wheelchair and couldn't fit wheelchair in lift so I couldn't get to my room so staff sorted me out an apartment which was suitable for my daughter

I really didn't think the breakfast was worth £12.50. I definitely would not pay that again. Very small full English & poor options

Room was small but was okay for the one night we stayed could also hear the entertainment from downstairs in the room till past midnight and a view of bricks no natural daylight.

The lift in the building was very antiquated and tiny, didn’t feel very secure. The drainage of the shower seemed very slow, felt like if I’d been washing my hair it would’ve overflowed. Not a major one but there was no shower gel/body wash in the room

The service from the staff from the moment we booked up until we left was fantastic. They were very helpful. There was also a tram stop just across from the hotel. We were in a refurbish room which was nice.

We were in a room right about the entertainment area, noise was extremely loud until half 12, if knowing this I would of stayed out of room longer. Room had 2x small windows, each had vertical blinds that were too small for window, gaps either side, no curtains and outside the room there were flood lights that did not turn off, so room was lit up the whole night. (Room 114)

It was clean and the bed was comfortable, it was a good distance away from all the noise of the centre. Staff were friendly enough. If went again in the future I would request to be on top floor away from entertainment area and maybe sea view as had no flood lights shining in.

Fried Breakfasts were not cooked fresh not the best .hotel staff were very nice and helpful bingo and entertainment good bedrooms were far to hot for us no temperature control even with window hopper open and as a non smoker why do you encourage smoking at front door overall stay average

The toilet was leaking and the floor was not hoovered coz my boyfriend stood on a screw on the floor and bits ov crisps that not been cleaned properly
