The lift didn't work. We had a 90 year old with us, who struggled to walk up the stairs. The lift smelled strongly of cannabis.

The bathroom was dirty when we came in , the whole place smelled like weed , you could hear everything at night so we struggled to sleep, the toilet started dripping water , there was no staff there , had to do self check in which we weren't informed of til we got there and we had to call to ask for the WiFi password , there was no hot water or soap so we had to buy our own soap as well as toilet roll and we were only given 2 hand towels so we didn't even have towels to take a shower

The bed was comfortable and there was draws to put clothes away there was a TV and mini fridge which came in handy

The hotel was in darkness and not very inviting when we arrived at 7pm, no reception open, however we were texted a code to access our room, so not a problem. I don’t think our bed sheets were fresh

Lift didn't work and our bathroom light blew - however as we were only there overnight we didn't call staff to repair either of these.

Thicker pillows !! If the bed was more dressed then the room would have looked a 10000 times better . No keen on the locks on the doors .. go back to the key I say .

We arrived after dark. No staff. Had to ring to know where to get in. Struggled with cases as no sign for lift. In rooom, strip light not working so had to find side lights with torch. Decorators not put room back to normal. Bed in middle of room. Sink in room with fridge, microwave & kettle in front of it. Also small tables & a large tub of ceiling white & paint roller. Shame as room was basically OK but no lock on loo door, no sign on hot water switch so we had cold water next morning & only one very flat pillow each. Not enough tea, sugar & milk. Kettle didn't fit in sink to fill kettle.

Room very warm. Bed clean & comfortable. Liked kettle, microwave & fridge. Several sockets. Good TV.

There was alot of water damage to the ceiling in our room…. Some of our personal items got damaged because the room above us was taking a shower and water was coming through the ceiling.

Clean and basic room, with a great view of the sea. Good to have the fridge and microwave. Light above the sink mirror didn't work. Code entry so no contact with anyone. Cleaners friendly.

Bedlinen although clean was unironed, why have a table lamp on the bedside table with no power socket. No mirror in bathroom, no hot water in bathroom. Poor noise insulation could hear TV and people talking in adjacent rooms. Curtains need to be thicker. Tea/coffee making facilities consisted of 2 tea bags, 2 coffee sachets and 2 of the small milk pots. Strange smell in room possibly from fridge.

Should have been a lot cleaner. Filthy carpet, Torn net curtains, Curtains did not draw, TV did not work. Just badly needed decorating.
