Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

United KingdomRoom was very dated and dark, it also wasn’t clean but sadly we didn’t notice until we went in around 10ish at night there was a bit of pizza or melted cheese on the floor (i do have a picture) that no one not even a cleaner would miss so I’m not convinced it was cleaned properly there was also hairs everywhere that wasn’t mine or my cousins. Mattress and pillows very uncomfortable woke up with a sore back and neck but I would stay again as it was a overall lovely night away and relaxing rooms just need double checked and new mattress/ pillows are a must but I do know they’re going to refurbish soon

United KingdomThe room was a little dated. We had the best suite and the drab yellow colour was slightly depressing. Also wooden panels patching up missing tiles in the bathroom. For the price you would have expected a tv with enough signal to get more than 3 channels or at least a smart tv
