We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Room was spacious. Good storage facilities. Sizeable bathroom. Shower over the bath but powerful jet. Good quality shower and washbasin products. Spacious dining area and meal and products good.

United KingdomIn the run up to our stay, the hotel sent us lots of messages with lists of rules for ordering food, accessibility etc. It felt very onerous and not customer friendly. Ordering room service was painful. The menu in the room has completely different times for food compared to the welcome pack. There was supposed to be a QR code to download an app to order room service. I'm not sure why I need an app to be able to do that, surely a website would suffice? Anyway the QR was not there and there was no phone in the room so I had to call the hotel from my mobile to order.
The room was great and the food was excellent.

United KingdomI asked for a ground floor room which they were happy to accommodate however I did not get a great night's sleep due to their very loud heating system. Providing the guests with earplugs in their rooms would be a nice consideration for the future. Overall good value for money which included breakfast and staff were really welcoming and helpful.
