The TV reception wasn't that good but wasn't bothered really.

Easy check in and friendly host. The room was very clean and we both slept well. Good breakfast with yogurt and fruit extra if you need it. Excellent location very near to the sea front and local facilities.

We had a very warm welcome. Staff were great. Breakfast cooked and presented well. Location excellent. Room very comfortable with anything you could need. Would definitely stay here again. Exceptionally clean.

we arrived at the Torland Hotel everything was lovely the room was spotlessly clean large sized room with an en suite the bed was very comfortable lovely white sheets and towels Evan a mini fridge in the room .we had a lovely see view. the breakfast was very good delicious plenty to eat with a good choice the owners of the hotel were lovely people yes I would definitely stay there again thank you torland hotel

I genuinely can't find a fault in this hotel without nitpicking and picking out minor things - such as the bathroom door being a tad stiff. It would feel wrong to critique the place for something small when it delivered exactly what I hoped and more with the value and location. I will definitely stay here again if I return to Paignton in the future.

The room was lovely and comfortable. Excellent staff, very friendly and polite. The value for this quality of hotel was great. The breakfast was nice. The location was great - being on the seafront it's a very short walk from the beach and pier. It's also very close to the high street and station. Overall, a perfect experience for my trip. I couldn't praise the place any higher!

There was nothing to dislike

The hotel was a very friendly and clean hotel. The rooms were very spacious and the beds are very comfortable. On arrival we were offered a time for our breakfast which was wonderful and also asked how we liked our eggs ie: fried scrambled or poached. The breakfast was outstanding too. Very hot and plenty of choice.

Unfortunately we could hear the water being used in an adjoining room. I appreciate with the older type properties, the plumbing is what it is. I don’t want to downgrade this review, as it is a charming place. But it did interrupt our peace in the morning.

Beautiful property. Very clean. Lovely service. Excellent breakfast. Great location by the sea. Be aware though, if you plan on using the busses or trains, the station areas are a fair walk away.

Bathroom a little cramped. Small basin. Road works directly outside made access to car park problematic but meant that a usually busy road was quiet during the weekend.

Warm and welcoming. Very friendly and attentive staff. Breakfast was excellent. The property the clean and tidy. Very close to the sea, a nice touch also was the binoculars in the lounge. A bonus was the free parking. I would definitely recommend the bed and breakfast hotel and would book again.

Very convenient location with sea views. Excellent breakfast and very friendly and helpful service from Igor. Well equipped rooms with mini fridge , supplementary heating , daily clean if requested. Free parking very helpful. Great location for access to Dartmouth, Brixham, Torquay and the superb National Trust properties at Greenway and Coleton Fishacre.
