Travelled here with my partner for New Years, the host was very helpful giving us all the information we needed including where the secure car park was close by. The breakfast was great and cooked to order. Room was very spacious and bed was comfy, added bonus of robes and slippers was a nice touch. We would stay here again. Many thanks

We stayed for 2 nights, and we didn't like the fact that the host went into our room and maid our bed and moved things in the room. For us, the breakfast time was too late at 10 am The bar never seemed open, and there was just no atmosphere there

The place was excellent, homely comfortable and spotless. Bed was super comfortable and bedding was lovely.. Breakfast Iin the morning included in the price and was offered plenty of choices. Would stay again without hesitation.

This is our 4th or 5th stay at this hotel and we wouldn't stay anywhere else. The location is good, close to the train station for anyone travelling by train. The rooms are spotlessly clean, lots of extras provided and the bed was extremely comfortable. The breakfast is superb. Thank you for another lovely stay! We'll see you soon.

Not a dislike but a suggestion of an option of an early breakfast on departure day would be appreciated.

Spacious room , nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable and the room impeccable clean . Luxury towels and dressing gowns provided and a nice touch of replenishing the water each day was appreciated . Breakfast was excellent and the host was extremely helpful in providing local information . Would highly recommend.

Very clean, good facilities, quirky but nice room. Lots of nice touches like dressing gowns and shower mat and toiletries plus water in the mini fridge. Comfy bed. Nice breakfast.

Perfect stay. We were warmly welcomed and given plenty of information to help us during our stay. The room was immaculate. The bed was so comfy. The towels in the bathroom were super fluffy and wrapped around us almost 3 times. Breakfast was very tasty and ran like clock work with plenty of choice of cereals if we wanted and a full well cooked fry up with quality ingredients. The location was also good, just a short walk off the main seafront. Would definitely book this venue if we were to stay in Blackpool again.

Delicious full English, piping hot toast! Lovely hosts, very kind when I spilt my orange juice as soon as I arrived at breakfast - all dealt with quietly and no fuss so that other guests were unaware. Also dealt with another problem for us

Unfortunately no parking , But information from staff regarding parking facilities close by was second to none , Even knew prices for length of hrs stayed in car park , and payment machines positions , Which in Blackpool can be daunting ,
