Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We use a weighted review system which means that the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

Puerto RicoApartment needs some basic things like the blinds on windows. These were there: old, moldy and could not be opened. Made the apartment dark while it has neat windows. Towels were on bare threads… These are just some basic, non expensive things that make a real difference.

CanadaA few minor things that really didnt affect our time in London. A bathroom light wasnt working for a few days but was fixed our host. And we were not able to figure out seeing more than one TV option.
Location was great! Very close to the Victoria Metro, but also walking distance to many places. Grocery and restaurants very close. Also, quite spacious for a family of 5 - especially having 2 1/2 bathrooms!

New ZealandJust some minor maintenance issues,, lighting in back bedroom is extremely temperamental and requires multiple attempts to turn on. Several lights were hanging out of the roof.. this was fixed the next day when I notified them. No tea or coffee provided, no tea towels to dry dishes Water in shower in front bedroom didn’t drain effectively, was a little worried we would flood the floor. All easy fixes and things that could be checked regularly .. TV was difficult to work out (batteries not working in remote for sky which we found in a cupboard, An instruction manual would really help
Location is ideal for exploring London. Apartment has a large living room/kitchen and 2 good sized bedroom each with bathroom . Tiny balcony and a washing machine .. even a 3rd toilet. Pimlico has a nice atmosphere and there are 2 supermarkets 20m away ! Lots of eating options nearby, Rochester cafe was exceptional and just across the road. Easy instructions to follow to get in, although cleaner was still there when we arrived .. (even though we were later than we’d said)

United StatesVery minor: there were no hand towels or kitchen towels. We contacted the property and they quickly brought more towels over.
The location was excellent. Near the tube. Near lots of restaurants and sites. Very clean. Plenty of room for our group of 7. Room to relax and prepare food. The management was very responsive. We had a few small requests and they responded quickly. I would recommend this place to friends and family to stay.

SingaporeThe Bed is spoilt, the host tape it up and tried to put some support below, it is unsafe to use it. The Mattress is bad, the pillow is bad, even my kid complain that it is bad. The Shower head is very dirty. The Mirror Is not secured to the wall.

AustraliaThe cleaning of the property definitely needs improvement as there was hair in all the bathrooms, left over belongings from previous guests. We had booked for 8 people but on arrival it was set up for only 6, so we had to ask for more linen and the sofa bed for the extra 2 was flimsy and hard as a rock. We had multiple issues with the plumbing such as the toilets blocking and showers not draining as well as the shower in the first bedroom leaking all over floor through the glass shield barrier. There were no instructions left at the property to assist with appliances and other issues. Lastly and most importantly there was absolutely no communication from the owner of the property when we had any issues.

AustraliaTv not working well. We could not find channels or find if we could cast to it. No information booklet available. Lounge very hard and back of lounge falls forward. Quite dangerous. All of us almost fell when even slightly leaning on it at the back. No instructions for microwave. Water didn’t drain well in one bathroom.
Amazing location and easy to access transport. Near shops and sightseeing. Great to have two bathrooms.

United StatesThe apartment did not feel clean. The showers had pink bacteria, there was hair on the walls of the showers when we checked in, and the toilets were dirty. The apartment could also benefit from new pillows and towels — the pillows in all the beds were as thin as a piece of paper and they were uncomfortable to sleep with. We also did not have enough towels for the amount of people that were staying. There were no paper towels or kitchen towels in the kitchen and there were also no towels in the downstairs bathroom to dry our hands with. I also found it weird that there was no coffee machine (it wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but I feel like it’s a pretty common appliance that is nice to have on vacation). Overall I loved the location and the apartment was spacious, but for the price the amenities and cleanliness made it feel like a 2 star hotel. Could definitely be better, but the location makes it worth it if you don’t mind not getting a good night sleep.
The location was incredible! It was within walking distance to so many attractions, and there’s a restaurant downstairs that stays open late which was nice to have somewhere to grab a bit after a long day! It’s also very close to a large underground station, so it was very easy to get around. There’s also a Tesco nearby and the kitchen is well equipped to make breakfast in the mornings and save money!

Very hot in rooms, fans provided but needs air conditioning. Quite noisy on the streets. Stairs are old, carpet very dirty and floors very uneven and sloping.
