Gym hours need to be extended. Check in is only for the techy brave. The car park needs better policing. Housekeeper training requires review. Has a pool, but couldn't use it. Don't know why.

A very modern, high tech, newish (looking) hotel staffed by helpful, young people. The locale position is unappetising as it is within an industrial estate with views to a busy flyover and a range of giant warehouse buildings. Check in is computer complex, but staff are around to assist, which they do with charm. The rooms are adequately sized and stuffed full of gizmos, most of which are welcome: aircon, a very large TV with SKY, comfortable super king size bed and a whizz-bang bathroom. Misses a few comfort touches, however, e.g. tissues, safe and tooth mugs. Also, we found the housekeeping to be haphazard, although the management resolution of it was speedy. Great shower, but it floods (#226). Breakfast was exemplary. Plentiful, thoughtfully (veggies not despised in this hotel-yippee) varied and high quality ingredients. Lots of free car parking, but fellow users were dangerously wacky in speed terms. Overall verdict? Verging on the excellent and, with a touch more attention detail, will get there, deservedly. Shame about the position tho'.

I had an email confirming I.was getting an upgrade to a double. But still only got a twin room.

Location for the purpose of my visit was spot on. The bar and restaurant on site is convenient. Plenty of Electric chargers Restaurant food was lovely.

Mattress was a little too firm for my personal liking, and pillows are a bit flat for me. A vending machine with water would be great.. The location is nice, but quite industrial and about a £20-28 uber to the centre. I found the courtesy call, prior to my arrival a bit pointless.

Staff are not very friendly I had left my charger and called them enquiring about this. The staff mentioned they will call back to inform if they have it, but never bothered to call me. I think it is poorly staffed.

I didn’t like that the staff at the restaurant were quite slow on service as we were waiting awhile for our drinks and food and then when trying to pay the bill

I thought the location was in a great areas way from the conjugation charge, close to the calbot shopping centre to go for a day out, accessible car park and easy check in.

Too modern and confusing. Self check in which isn't very welcoming. No real indication on where to go to find rooms - lack of directions or signs. Bathroom appalling set up - no door to shower, so all water just goes straight onto floor. Blind on window doesn't shut out all light, so pours into room in the morning. No toilet brush
