Beds were a bit hard and it rained heavy in the night and there was a wheel barrier against the wall the rain hit this and sounded like a drum….not a complaint just maybe move the wheel barrel

Bed was a little small for 2 6ft adults but we coped! We were up at 4:30am so it really wasn’t a deal breaker

Quiet (apart from the planes overhead- what do you expect staying right by a busy airport) Clean room, fresh linen and towels. Hot shower. Everything we needed for an overnight stay and an early flight! Free parking overnight too

Room was rather small, but was worth the price and was perfect for my 1 night stay. The host was amazing and very friendly and helpful. She was able to provide helpful tips even though she also new at the place.

The TV in our room was not tuned in, tried but couldn’t find any channels even though the hotel has an ariel. Did not understand this. Should be important to have a bit of entertainment as there is not much else to do. Did allow to log onto Netflix etc but wasn’t worth it for one night. Another strange thing was only having one member of staff, thought there should be at least a small team. If that was me living and working there on my own I would feel very isolated, alone and importantly vulnerable. The receptionist does everything. Finally, our shower was not soaking away so the bathroom floor did flood.

Quiet and easy access for early morning Gatwick flight. The room was basic but was comfy and very clean. The receptionist was very helpful and kind. No fussiness which is how I like it. Was close to flight path but little noise was heard from the landing planes.

TV had no public channels only usable over personal internet accounts. I wanted to watch BBC Had problems because of constant connectivity problems. I could hear people elsewhere (upstairs) walking around and speaking in my room.

The hotel needs attention to detail . Only one cup , no spoons , no glasses , ( provided when asked for) broken light switch so didn't work at all . Broken radiator valve , heating left on . Heating on in entrance so was very warm, hot day outside. Was told it was on to stop smell of damp .. Lots of negative comments about the road conditions up to hotel . These are council roads and nothing to do with hotel . Found access road was perfect

It was a bit remote to find somewhere to eat.

Only stayed 1 night as working in Gatwick and had everything I needed. The TV didn't work in my room but after speaking to staff they did move me to another room which was fine.
