The hotel is a bit dated in terms of decor, but everything was clean and well-maintained. It didn’t affect my stay at all just something to keep in mind depending on personal taste.

I really appreciated the excellent value for money at the White Heather Hotel. It's in a fantastic location—convenient for exploring Llandudno and the breakfast was a great start to each day. A solid choice for both comfort and affordability.

Shower in the standard twin room we had was very small.. hard to turn round . The shower it's self was good but the actual space was very cramped

Room 113, deplorable toilet entrance, as the door opens it almost hits the toilet seat, you follow but now there is no room to close the door, you have to squeeze into the corner against the wall to close the door ,and having used the toilet you again have to contort yourself to get the door open.. This toilet would be much better if the door opened INTO the room the same as the wardrobe next to it or better still a sliding door .

Location suited our needs, close proximity to all amenities of the town. Very good selection in breakfast area, I defy anyone to be disappointed here

The room itself is a bit tired, but still good value.

It was my first solo trip and I felt very safe in the hotel. Fantastic location with the main promenade a few steps away and nice coffee shops just around the corner. Reception staff was very welcoming and prepared, with all the booking details ready on my arrival. Room had everything I needed, nice clean shower and serviced daily. Breakfast had nice selection of hot food, that set me up for the day.

One thing which was steps up to the hotel and I have mobilitu issues. Shower cubicle was too small for me to bend. Other than that no complaints

It was fantastic value for money overall and on phoning the hotel they were very helpful in terms of sorting out rooms close to each other at a very busy time. Close to the Pier and amenities

The size of the shower cabin.

The White Heather Hotel is a charming and cozy place to stay, just a two-minute walk from the promenade and five minutes from the town center. The hotel is very clean, and the staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. The breakfast was delicious, and the location is perfect for exploring the area. The only downside was the size of the shower cabin—it was quite small, and my husband had difficulty fitting in it. However, this was a minor issue compared to the overall great experience. I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends!

Just picky really, the pillows were a little thin for me personally. and the shower tray was slippery, I was a little worried opening the bathroom window as the glass in it didn't look like it was held in safely.

The buffet breakfast was great, a good variety of food and drinks available. Seating area was large and nicely spread out.

Hotel location excellent, staff lovely but bedrooms very dated and on a poor state of decoration. Bed not very comfortable as the springs were quite prominent. Bathroom very clean with plenty of hot water, fluffy towels and ample toiletries. Would also suggest blackout curtains. Breakfast really good, plenty of choice and good quality food.

Lift handy to get to all floors. Staff friendly at reception. Room small but adequate, good shower, tea facilities in room. Hotel abit dated warn carpets, creaky floorboards, bar area small and not welcoming if solo traveller. No evening meal in hotel but restaurants close by. No pool. Steps at front of hotel not good for less mobile.
