We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.

The location was excellent and the room appeared as advertised. The staff were pleasant and attentive and the facilities were reasonably well maintained.

United KingdomIt wasn’t the cleanest but still acceptable. Big hill up to the property so if you have heavy suitcases this can be a struggle.
Very convenient to get to, you can walk there from the airport but no pavements so be careful! It may be worth paying a taxi if you have lots of luggage. Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful and the rooms were fine. There was a small kitchenette and tea and coffee provided. The pool was lovely especially during sunset!

United StatesThis is why the property did not meet my expectation... When I booked my package, it stated that there was a minibar that comes with my package, but that was a lie. I met and spoked with the owner Debbie and showed her what La Heliconia was promoting on her website... She stated that she wasn't aware of that information being out there. she has never had a minibar with any of her rooms. Considering this was a part of my package deal, and they had a bar on the premises, she could have made it right. Because I was not making it up. I showed it to her, I went out on the website, and they have since took it down. but I still have it on my phone, in case Booking wants to see it. I really should have gotten some kind of compensation or reimbursement of some sort. I contact booking but have not gotten a response. So, @www.booking.com I am still awaiting your response.
The employees were very! very! nice and friendly, it's a team of women (they work from the front desk to the kitchen), who made it happened each and every day while I was there. The breakfast was very good, my son loved the Caribbean breakfast. I loved that there is a Day Spa on the premises. The prices are very, very affordable and Makeva who did my Mani and Pedi did an amazing job. She was very nice and friendly, she took her time and made sure I was comfortable, she massages my hands and feet and did her magic!!! She is an awesome and amazing human being... I want to Also, shout out Ms. Paula. who checked me in on my very first day. She and I connected from day one. She was easy to talk to, very friendly, just another amazing human being... She told me about the Umbrella restaurant, which is located on the beach. I love! love! that place. I visited there several times, the food was great, they had happy hour daily and a live band on Thursdays, throughout the weekend. I plan on visiting Grenada again, later this year 2024!!!
