Awesome stay for our last night in Santorini. Our room (Plakoti) was stunning! All the staff were very nice and attentive. Located at the center of everything in Santorini. Please note the hotel was renovated and there old pictures over the internet. After the renovation it looks amazing!

It exceeded our expectations. The accommodation, standards and quality of service was exceptional. Wonderful and friendly staff, great location and facilities, and the views are incredible.

Our room had a jacuzzi bath which was lovely but only had a hand shower. Not a real negative but would have preferred a standup shower.

The apartment offered stunning views of the Caldera, which were absolutely mesmerizing, especially during sunset. Its location was perfect, being within walking distance of Fira, making it easy to explore the town and enjoy the local attractions. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly throughout our stay. A special mention goes to the porter who assisted us with our luggage, both up and down the steps, which made our arrival and departure so much smoother. The room itself was lovely with a private jacuzzi outside offering great views. Overall, I highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking to enjoy the beauty of Santorini with top-notch service and convenience.

Property exceeded my expectations. Absolutely stunning, large and clean room. Loved the hot tub. Pool was great size with gorgeous views. Communication was excellent. I loved the location and access to restaurants. The hosts we so helpful and accommodating. Will be staying here again!

Location is good as near bus stop to Fira and Three bells church. Nice sunset view .Easy to walk to Fira around 20min. Many restaurants and a mini supermarket nearby.

View, location and pool. People were helpful, so enthusiastic, welcoming and friendly. The apartment was decorated beautifully plenty of room, incredible view over the caldera was had on cushions from the balcony and hot tub., giving you a little more privacy to watch the sunset and soak up the stunning surroundings. There are stairs you need to take to the accommodation and back up but the porter was extremely helpful bringing our bags down and even up just before he finished first the day thank you! Our female receptionist was amazing and helped to give us recommendations. Would stay again

We like everything! The room was spacious for a couple and very clean. The view from the hot tub and the pool is amazing, something that you would like to wake up every morning with. The pictures in booking.com are exactly how they were described . Also very quiet at night and it’s 15mins walk to Thira with beautiful views along the way. There are about 60-80 (wide/big) steps to the property if I counted correctly😄 but manageable. Claudia from the reception is a star! Explained to us everything and very helpful, fantastic customer service!

A lot of stairs approx 100 to the hotel but this was a sacrifice for the amazing view and hotel facilities

This is an amazing hotel with very helpful staff. The hot tub was a bonus, being able to relax in the afternoon watching the sunset with a glass of wine was absolute perfect after a long day. Would highly recommend this hotel.

Shower head needed replacing but that’s a minute criticism as it still hand a hand held shower head.

It might be nice to have better coffee options in such gorgeous rooms, as the instant coffee doesn't match how beautiful the rooms are.

We cannot thank the hotel enough for our magical stay. They gave us a free upgrade to and amazing suite, which was so kind. Even if we had stayed in the original room, the views from the hotel at sunset would have been spectacular. They let us stay at the hotel after check out and had showers you could use to change before travelling. We didn't use it, but they had a breakfast delivery option if you wanted.

Not related to the hotel.- They offer breakfast for an extra charge not part of the hotel. They outsource it from a group (?). I don’t recommend ordering it; it is expensive, and by the time it arrives, it is cold. Also, they deliver it in boxes and a lot of packing, so if you are environmentally conscious, I suggest not using this system and going to the nearby cafes.

Agnadema Apartments—what a beautiful place! There was no need to leave the premises. We were there for a short stay, and the sunset was unbelievably beautiful. Yes, the stairs could be the problem, but Xhuliano (staff assistant) was waiting for us to take our luggage to the room. We had only 10 US dollars to tip, which felt too short for the work… Claudia, the front desk assistant, was super nice and very useful as well. The hotel is highly recommended.

The only bad thing is the driver for the transfer. He is not from the hotel but the hotel pass the contact. He was super unpolite demanding tips.

Nothing. The Villas are beautiful and they revamped the pool area two years ago. One of the most beautiful views on the Caldera. What’s not to like?

Everything. The Villa was gorgeous and the staff was fantastic. Claudia, Flora, Juliano were the best. Helpful, friendly and professional. We were there 20 years ago so it was nice to come back and visit again.

Very kind staff! When arrived someone from the team was already waiting for us and helped carrying the luggage down the small streets towards the hotel, same when we left. Thank you! The property is amazing. Firostefani is conveniently located on the island. Lots of stuff to do within walking distance and close to the bus stop. The staff is so helpful and kind. The apartment and balcony is luxurious! Everything we wanted and more.

Santorini is full of steps. No fault of the hotel. Just need to be a little fit to walk up and down 78 steps of stairs! Not a problem after a day or two. Good exercise!

The only thing I would add is breakfast. Because it is quite a trek to get up to the restaurants or markets, it would be great to have breakfast available. Then we could have spent a few hrs relaxing at the pool before going up to town.
