Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.
Guidelines and Standards for Reviews
These guidelines and standards aim to keep the content on Booking.com relevant and family-friendly, without limiting expression or strong opinions. They're also applicable regardless of the comment's tone.
Contributions should be travel related. The most helpful contributions are detailed and help others make better decisions. Please don’t include personal, political, ethical, or religious commentary. Promotional content will be removed and issues concerning Booking.com’s services should be routed to our Customer Service or Accommodation Service teams.
Contributions should be appropriate for a global audience. Please avoid using profanity or attempts to approximate profanity with creative spelling, in any language. All content should be genuine and unique to the guest. Reviews are most valuable when they are original and unbiased. Your contribution should be yours. Attempts to bring down the rating of a competitor by submitting a negative review will not be tolerated.
Respect the privacy of others. Booking.com will make an effort to obscure email addresses, telephone numbers, website addresses, social media accounts, and other similar details.

Excellent apartment, location, facilities and cleanlines. Close to the city center, and could even walk to the beach (allthough it was a cca 20 min walk), but it was managable. There are even some small grocery stores near by, so you have everything you need.

Very close to the centre, the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The staff made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

The hygiene can be improved, especially in the bathroom. Also, the furniture of the apartment can be replaced with newer.
The terrace, the bedroom. Also the staff was friendly. The apartment was huge and in that sense comfortable.

The property need a bit of refreshment mostly in the bathroom. The A/C was loud even when completely stopped.
Good value and free parking. Nice terrace and very good stay in general.

We enjoyed our stay. The room was clean, we had enough space and the view was magnificent! The staff was friendly and the location is pretty good. There is plenty of parking space and we didn't have any problems in that regard.

See my previous comment, I absolutely LOVED this place and extended my stay twiced since I did not want to leave. Caren was awesome, the apartment was spacious, clean, well-equipped and well-located. I highly recommend !

I would advise to replace the shower in the bathroom with a new one, with good water distribution and a stand with which to adjust the height.
The room was big, with all of the things you need for a longer stay. The lady cleaned the room every day. It was nice, we enjoyed our time.

Excelent apartment, very spacious, everything was spotless and desinfected... Because the hotel is uphill we have beautufull view from the balcony to the vilage and the sea... I would recomend to everyone

Refreshing the extra bed in the room. Needs some cleaning. And a bathroom renovation .

The beach is a bit far but I did not mind as I had the car and I visited before the peak season. It might be a bit tricky to park around the beach during the peak season, I believe.
I made a last minute booking, on the day of the arrival. Upon my arrival, everything was ready. The house is easy to find and the parking for the guest is reserved inside the courtyard and also just outside the property. Few minutes walk from the village center.

We liked everything! The hosts are very kind, room Is very nicely decorated and clean and the view Is beautifyl. Also the backyard Is large and has enough parking space . Location Is excellent, everything Is close, the centar, shops, the beach...Our expectations were fully met. Thank you Afitos Lofts, you Are the Best! 🙂👍

They only have about 5 parking spaces for dozens of apartments. In the evening the outside area is crowded by cars parked by people to visit the village. We were asked in a doggy parking space and not secured.
Remote from beaches but convenient location if you have a car and use the property just to sleep during the night The village is walking distance

We had misunderstood with the check in in the beginning.

The bedroom has no air conditioning, only the living room. At night during the summer it is very hot and when windows are opened you hear a lot of noisy cars and motorcycles from the main road that is very close.
It was very clean, the communication with the staff was good, there is nice view from the balcony. Enough private parking places.

Bathroom could use renovation
