We were 4 people and let the hotel know in advance while booking. We had only two blankets for 4 people in total which was weird. The door wasn’t really safe and keys didn’t work. Fortunately the receptionist was helpful and changed the key with receptionist’ key.

It was really clean, especially the bathroom part and bed linens. We also had a few pieces of fruits and a bottle of wine as a complementary welcome gift.

No breakfast options, but you are close to many restaurants in the port. VERY IMPORTANT! Shower floor was tilted so that the whole bathroom gets flooded when you take a shower (construction issue), but the big problem is that the floor gets slippery when wet - be very careful. You should install an antislip mat, at least in the shower - cheap and effective.

i only wish the rooms had a "do not disturb" sign. housekeeping personnel is very hard working, they are insistent on cleaning every day and early in the morning. since i like to wake up late, it was a bit of a nuisance to convince the nice ladies to visit the room later.

5 min walk from the Kos Town center, the hotel is both central and quiet. the pool area was pleasant to hang out. the rooms were very clean, simply decorated and spacious. the bathroom was revovated and spotless clean! the bath towels were snow white and fluffy, i loved them. as we walked in, it was a nice touch to find a bottle of wine and some fruit. i was in love with the big balcony. the staff was kind and helpful.

Nothing really, you get what you pay for.

Excellent location, staff and housekeeping very good. The pool is very quiet and nice for relaxing. Great value. We stayed in a family room, No 406 sun rises and sets on the balcony. Local restaurants are all within walking distance. The Broadway is very nice. Old town 10 mins walk. The port same. All in all, it was an enjoyable place to stay.

The shower in our room was just a drain in the floor so anytime we showered the water went everywhere, also the kitchen had ants and wasn't equipped with basic things like a spatula so it was quite hard to cook when we tried.

Overall the hotel was great. Clean rooms, easily walkable into the city center, supermarkets nearby, balcony and highlight was definitely the pool!

Only negative was the kitchen wasn’t very stocked up. It had plates ect but could of used some salt/pepper and some washing up liquid and tea towels.

Really great value hotel! Loads of sun and a spacious pool. Balcony was a great addition! Hippocrates the bartender and all the staff was lovely. Lots of groups of young people but a few families as well.

Good size apartment with lovely balcony overlooking the pool area. Pool was the perfect temperature, and even through the pool area was busy there was always room to relax on the loungers. Friendly staff, always pleasant to chat to and keen to help. Well located apartment in a quiet street but still only a short walk from the old town. Supermarket and laundry very close to the property.

Lady from the reception was friendly and helpful. The price that we paid was really good for the quality. The room wasn’t so luxury but it was enough to stay for us. Therefore I can say that we have positive opinions about this hotel.
