Air con was not the best. More like a fan. We visited 30th April til 5th May so luckily it was not baking hot to need it.

Beautiful communal areas and pool. Well looked after. Direct access to the beach and a short 10 min walk to shops and restaurants. Close to bus stop. Comfy beds and a quiet room.

Vicinity - very shabby town of Faliraki, most of which was closed thankfully as the season hadn’t started. Really not in keeping with the hotel.

The hotel staff are extremely friendly, helpful, and always smiling! We spent a long week where we felt like home! The room was comfortable, and plenty of activities were going on. I strongly recommend it without hesitation!

I didn't like that it wasn't stated anywhere that we need to pay extra for the sunbeds at the beach.

The location of Apollo is very convenient. The staff have been friendly and helpful, assisting us with everything he had requested. The food is tasty and there was enough choice for the different tastes. The wine bar and the sommelier were a great touch to our journey introducing us to greek wines.

Cleaners are very noisy in the corridor in the morning, so if you want a lay in and put do not disturb on the door, it makes no difference as they are so loud cleaning the other rooms that you can’t sleep anyway. I am talking about 8:30am, so not late.

The hotel staff made us feel so welcome. We celebrated and they upgraded our room and gave us a free meal with lovely food and wine. The hotel is quiet on the beach with three pools. The breakfast was so good so much to choose from hot and cold food.

As a vegan, I didn't have enough variety in the dishes. Salad and pasta were available every day, but for a hotel of this level, I thought there would be more consideration for vegans.

Beautiful hotel, clean and well maintained. The garden is beautiful, the pools are super clean. Rooms are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are good, variation of dishes if you are not vegan. A bus to Rhodes city passes near the hotel.

The soft drinks like cola or tonic water were served in glasses (so from some opened bottle) and so they had less gas.

The bedroom is huge and so is the bathroom. The hotel amenities are great. The restaurant buffet has such a diversity of delicious food! The pool is big and the hotel has enough sunbeds to everyone. It’s not crowded. Same for the beach.

We have stayed before in 5* hotels all over the world and this was definitely not a 5* one. Customer service and food selection are poor, room was ok but looked old, there are ants even on the 2nd floor rooms. We have paid for a room with shared pool, only those rooms supposed to use it, but of course everyone else used it and when "complained at the reception" they said there is nothing they can do about it, so a waste of money.

The hotel itself is beautiful, there is direct access to the beach/sea, pools are nice, location is very good. Seaside is clean and even in August it was not crowded.
