The hotel restaurant isn't great for lunch / daytime (mainly fast food and not as fresh) - otherwise everything including breakfast is lovely.

Wonderful staff and amazing room! Staff were super helpful and attentive, especially the Reception. Our room was spacious with all the necessary amenities and great balcony! The pool is perfect temperature, and the beachfront with the sunbeds and service is very good!

Quality of the buffet hot food wasn’t brilliant and not especially varied. Cold salads etc were great. Pool bar food was better quality. I think the hot food sat under heat lamps for too long

I think it would be helpful if staff could stop people reserving sun beds with towels, for example, before breakfast towels would be left on a bed for around 30minutes until someone used it.

It would be good to make more use of the open space out the front of the resort bar and have more loungers. It got quite busy and ran out quickly.

The whole place was so beautiful and relaxing. It is very clean and the staff will go out of their way to help you. The location is very peaceful.

One thing I was kind of suspicious about was one of the activities we booked through the hotel was not at all what we expected. We booked a romantic couple cruise for 90 euros each and for some reason, we were on a literal pirate ship (there were canons), and the dinner was served on paper plates kind of cold and we had to eat with no table. Also you had to pay additionally to walk up the volcano. I just kind of feel we got scammed on that one. Other than that I was still able to have fun with friends but I will say do not waste your money on that. I don't know if we should blame the hotel for that or the company. But it felt worth sharing.

I think this place was exceptional, because not only was it in literally the most perfect location ever, it was also very comfy, and their food was decent. They were very kind.

Air conditioning in rooms was temperamental. The gym was in the hall area downstairs with no door to it so was strange and obviously no air conditioning. The service and the staff in the pool bar was incredibly slow, so much so we had to go up to the bar/staff and ask several times where our drinks/food were. WiFi was also bad ☹️

The staff on reception before and during our stay couldn’t have been more helpful, polite and kind. They made a very special stay (a family group booking for my parents 50th wedding anniversary) even more special. Nothing was too much trouble and they always had a smile for us. The rooms were spacious and clean with shutters on the windows, practically sounds proof so was very peaceful, beautiful linen and towels, lovely toiletries in bathroom. Pools were lovely and always a sunbed free. Loved the fact there was no tolerance for reserving sunbeds with towels in the pool and beach area. We stayed half board and food was great. Great quality, delicious flavours and nice restaurant area. A shame drinks aren’t included when dining.

Only niggle was shower room for use after checking out, it was adequate and served it's purpose but not as luxurious as the rest of the accommodation.

Staff were excellent, nothing was too much trouble. Room was great cleaning staff were always happy to come back if we were still in room, Super friendly people. Super clean room lovely pool, good pool bar and private beach with free sunbeds.

On windy days the umbrellas were not allowed to be up and this was tough on really hot days with a young child but we moved to the beach and used the hotels beach facilities

The breakfast was decent and served something for the typical tourist (German, French, English, US) but did not have much local or Greek options. I appreciate this is a remote island, so I do not expect to indulge in exotic foodstuff but some more local would have been nice. The room electric (where you put the key in to to have power and light) gave a continuous buzzing noise so we slept with earplugs. Otherwise a very nice and calm environment, but for this minor nuisance.

A very nice week on Santorini. Staff were exceptional and very attentive and gave excellent recommendations on activities with external providers. We had a late return flight and appreciated the opportunity to use all facilities even after checking out. Directly at the beach with several very good restaurants in walking distance.

The hotel was suffice for the purpose of our short stay. It’s prob best suited for adults. Broadening the food menu, create more ambience in hotel lobby with music are some minor suggestions.

Staff were so professional, warm and helpful. The hotel has clearly invested in training their staff and staff seem to like their job and take pride in executing to a high standard.

We book the hotel with halfboard meal option and have breakfast and dinner there. Considering it is 5* hotel, i think the food is too modest and not much choices ( especially the dinner). I think I am willing pay a bit more for the halfboard ( or you can increase the price) to have a bit higher quality dinner.

It was very nice hotel: clean, great location, good service, staffs very friendly and helpful. Especially i am appreciated that hotel is flexible to allow me to cancel one night in a short notice due to my personal circumstance.
