Areti was an overall nice facility and the reception staff couldn't be any nicer. We had a private balcony facing the back and our room was comfortable. There was a basic breakfast offered with coffee, but this was more than adequate for us. My only complaint would be the very small size of the shower. The location to Kamari Beach is great, but to go to Fira or Oia you definitely need transportation. Note if you do the Fira to Oia walk you still would need to take a bus or taxi back to Fira (or vice versa).

The staff were lovely. The pool and the terrace were great. Room was also good. Area was clean and quiet. Very close to Kamari Beach. We had quite a nice stay and surely will come back again.

The hotel owner was very friendly, he let us check in a bit earlier and there was a possibility of staying by the pool after checking out we were also offered free towels for the sunbeds.

Lovely hotel, staff were so friendly. Great pool area and only a short walk to the centre of Kamari where there are great restaurants and shops and nice beach area. Worth a trip to Fira too.

Showers are too small, very noisy doors, old locks etc. Very basic breakfast and everyday same items are repeated. No bar or snacks available in the evening time so just relax in your room.

The shower area is a bit small but not a big problem for me

- The hotel itself is really nice and cozy. My room is exactly the same as the one I booked. - Wifi is good for all the apps I need. - I love the breakfast, variety of choices and really delicious! - Location is good, if you take local bus from Fira, after get off from bus stop will be like 10 mins walk. A bit tired because with luggages. To the beach area and main area in Kamari is very near like 10 mins walking time. - I would say which makes the hotel the best is the staff!!! I arrived early and when Ms. Caterina saw me, she is so kind to invite me for the breakfast. Santorini is my 4th stop for my mini Europe trip and I had been arrived early for many hotels but she is the only one who invited me for complimentary breakfast, that’s really kind and sweet of her and the hotel. Also during the whole stay she is so friendly to greet me and check if I need anything whenever she see me. I can see her work very hard, not only taking care of the breakfast but also the housekeeping part, but she never forgets her smile, a very warm person to make me a solo traveler feel very safe and touched. The other highlight person is Mr. Konstantinos. He is also a very kind person, the travel tips he gave about Santorini is really really helpful, really appreciate for the time he spent to explain all of it. The way he welcome the guests is feeling like friend.

Great location. Close to the airport, sea and restaurants and at the same time in a peaceful and quiet place. Clean large room. Well-kept and clean pool. Great view of the mountains. Nice, friendly and helpful owner. Good breakfasts. Hotel day until noon. A great plus is the fact that despite the fact that we had flight after 10 p.m., we could easily leave our luggage and use the swimming pool and hotel infrastructure. We could take a shower and go to the airport in the evening. I highly recommend staying in Areti :-)

Room reasonable size but very tired and dated Not a single spare socket for phone charging etc had to unplug the fridge which is nowhere near the bed Tiny shower with a curtain around it stuck to you the moment you got in the shower Incredibly uncomfortable beds Hardest I've ever (not) slept Jets landing at the airport day and night directly over the hotel very low level very budget hotel not so budget prices Also ridiculously expensive beverages at the pool bar I live in central London I can get cheaper cocktails at the Ritz

The bed was very uncomfortable, thin mattress and super noicy (like really bad noice bed) The windows have translucid "curtains", so as early as 8am the room is fully iluminated, kind of difficult to have a romantic stay with that. The shower was very very small and the curtains did not help prevent alm the water getting outside on the floor.

Cozy place, very nice pool as main amenitie of the hotel. Kontantinos the host and staff are super kind and helpfull, they make your stay enjoyable.
