We liked everything! Fantastic hotel! Very tasty food in the restaurant - everything so fresh - the biggest compliments to the chefs! Evening entertainment shows of high quality! Room cleaning every day, the entire hotel area is also clean and tidy! Enough sun loungers in several areas of the hotel! Supper!

The kids' club could have a bit more variety and engagement. Also, the heated pool, advertised as such, was only 28°C, which didn’t feel warm enough, especially since the other pools were too cold to use comfortably.

I had a great stay! The facilities were well maintained, and the bed was very comfortable. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the food—far better than I expected from an all-inclusive. There were plenty of fun activities available throughout the day, and the staff were consistently friendly and helpful. Overall, a very enjoyable experience and excellent value for money.

- should have at least one more big playground - kids pool was super cold. Even sea seemed warmer - kids club activities are just painting. Expected something more interesting - after mini disko once adult entertainment starts, then someone should clear the floor from all the kids. I find it disrespectful to artist and audiance that there are 3-5 kids that keep running around the artist - should improve Mocktails. They are quite simple

Everything was very clean, the food was tasty and all the meals included in the all-inclusive had a great variety! The staff were kind and extremely helpful, specially because I am pregnant and needed to ask questions about the food, daily activities and etc all the time.

The staff was super friendly and professional. The food has a large variety to choose with different options everyday in main restaurant. Every single dish was super fresh and well prepared. The night life also varies from traditional greek dance to a group dance, from a small concert to a mini disco. The seating area around the stage was always full every night before the show starts at 9pm. You will never get bored through a full week of stay. I was invited to a group dance one night and that was the highlight of my stay. The great experience not only came from the fabulous food, fantastic view, extreme comfort, but also from the lively culture and the lovely people.

Arina Beach was clean and comfortable, with great facilities for kids. The food was incredible, great options each night and cooked the food cooked fresh. Good evening entertainment for both kids and adults. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. We will definitely return

There should be more information on the building marked as annex so that guests have appropriate expectations. The beach was not that impressive. The hotel could improve the beach area by investing some money and cleaning the bottom of the sea near the beach, it was very dirty and unpleasant to go in. We spent a lot of time in the swimming pool outside. The sea most of the time was choppy making it hard to swim. Next to the hotel there was a better beach, not belonging to the hotel but we spent some time in there.

The main building was great, new and clean, modern. We had booked 4 rooms, inclusive one in the annex building which we thought would be in the next building but it was isolated and across the street, so not that great given you had to walk up and down for changing cloths under the sun. It was a main road as well that one had to cross so not great as many cars drive by day time. We asked the hotel if you could change the room and stay with the rest of the family but we’re told the hotel was fully booked. So apart from this everything else was great, very nice food, very clean facilities, modern and impressive design, felt very safe even walking at night around the hotel complex. The entertainment was good, too. There were nice coffee and bar areas near the beach which we found later during our stay and the coffee was much better than in the main restaurant. Asian restaurant was great, we tried twice and were pleased.

Brilliant facilities, ample food choice during breakfast, lunch and dinner especially for kids. Water rides were keeping us and our son occupied most of the day. Our son also enjoyed kids clubs (special thanks to Michelle and Lara) as it was full of activities including water rides in the evening session.

Upgraded to a bungalow with private pool and early check in. Food in buffet restaurant and snack bar brilliant. Plenty of sunloungers on beach and all pools. No queues for food or drink. Polite and helpful staff. Good shower room and fresh towels to use after check out. Excellent waterpark

At the end of our stay, after a windy day, the beach had lots of seaweeds at the shore making it impossible to enter the water. There was a mistake in our booking and we had to change rooms on our second day. However, the team made the best it could to compensate the need to change rooms after our first night. Thank you!

Easy to get to Heraklion downtown (bus stop in front of the hotel), very good spa and gym, cleanness in the whole hotel, good variety of food, variety of tours and daily trips, good entertainment options at night. We felt very comfortable at Arina Beach Resort.

A perfect place for families! Clean rooms and shared areas, very polite and Amazing staff, more than perfect food, during all day, and variety of food for all tastes. If the gym could have been open later - even 10 pm would have been better for those with smaller children who can access it later. There were also a lot of small insects and bugs in our room

Several options on the property for our little one to stay busy including a heated pool indoors. My husband and I also appreciated the gym available for us to use. Very close to the airport as well which was why we opted to stay here

20/10 on all accounts! The food, the facilities, the rooms, the staff were all excellent! I couldn’t have gotten the same food and quality outside the hotel for what I paid for all inclusive. We loved our stay and our kiddo still asks to go back to the pool. They have a little convenience shop right there on site too if you need any small things you would normally find at a tourist shop. We loved the resort and are already telling our friends to stay there!
