Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

It would have been nice to get some toiletries and it wasn't clear what to do with the bin.
Loved the location, the host sent us really great instructions to check in and was attentive and the place itself was perfect for us. Just what we wanted. We will definitely stay again!

Everything about the property was brilliant from cleaning to the location. I felt safe with my family, it was walking distance from everything . The owners were amazing people always there for help and support.

Spacious and comfortable space. Having a kitchenette was great. The location of this apartment is absolutely perfect & near all services: metro station in front of the entrance, several convenience stores nearby to get groceries, several restaurants, self-service laundromat within walking distance, near all attractions (Plaka, Acropolis, museums). Felt like a safe neighborhood even at night.

Everything was great
I had a great stay!the apartment was spotless, beautiful, spacious and beautifully decorated. The location also amazing, right next to the metro station and close to cafés and restaurants. I highly recommend it !

Just a little bit more complicated than needed to access the buidling and collect the keys; there was an app, there was a code and there was another code. All almost worked fine but I am also pretty savy myself, perhaps someone else would find the whole process a bit confusing. Room can be noisy from the main street (Andrea Syggrou) eventhough the windows are doing a great job. Having said that I knew exactly that this would be the case but the location was super convenient for the purpose of my trip.
The room was nicely renovated, well take care of and clean. It is a comfortable apartment for a couple of 1 person. Bed is also comfortable and the amenities were also sufficient. Apartment was also clean. Location, right next to the metro station with 2 stops to Syntagma square or 15min walk.

Everything was just perfect. The apartment is spacious, super clean, and sunny. The bathroom was spotless and the towels were very fresh! The building is very secure and surrounded by cafes, and markets. The metro station is 2 meters away from the main gate and Taxis are always available next to the building. I cant reccommed it enough. Will be mh spot everytime I visit Athens.

The air conditioning was not cooling properly.
The property location is very nice: short walk from the Acropolis area and from Plaka; nearby a subway station and close to restaurants. The apartment is silent enough for a good night of sleep.

Can't really think of anything we didn't like, believe it or not.
There is so many things we like about this place. Clean, comfortable, well-equipped and well-maintained. Correspondence with the staff were always pleasant and they were quick to respond, especially when we had a bit of problem accessing the place initially. The pre-arrival instructions they provided were excellent and idiot-proof. The best part is the location, smack right in the middle of great restaurants, cafes and eateries, as well as convenience shops. Not to mention it's quite literally the first place you see when coming out of the Syrgou-Fix Metro station. Also within walking distance to the Acropolis and a few other tourist attractions. You can't go wrong with this apartment.

We would have liked to have a full-length mirror, as there wasn't any other mirror except the bathroom and small desk one.. beautiful large window could have been a little more clean from the outside to enjoy more the view But the rest everything was very clean and perfect ! Highly recommend

Dark and ominous building entryway. Confusing array of electronic keypads. Creepy elevator ca. 1952.
Nicely remodeled space. Modest but comfortable furnishings. AC worked in brutal heat. Available Netflix. Lots of close coffee shops.

We got the wrong keys to go in our room but the staff were very helpful and bring us the keys as soon and less than 5 mins. We also were not able to open the laundry room with our key. I was not sure what wrong with the key but we ended up didn't do the laundry but the place has the laundry.
The location and stuff were very helpful. Also the room were very clean. I highly recommend this place. We loved that all the restaurant were right in front of the hotel. It's very easy to take the Uber or taxi to the airport. It's very closed to Acropolis maybe about 10 mins by walking.
