Level of service in some of the a la carte restaurants could have been better. Extensive daily maintenance needed to the outdoor jacuzzi in the suite with water temperature uncontrollable and cold most of the time. Resort cardio suite and indoor pool fairly uninspiring compared to other facilities on the resort.

Premium unique suite was spacious, well laid out with excellent facilities. Buffet restaurant offered excellent variety and quality of food (better than a la carte restaurants).Guest Relations staff, particularly Ani, worked hard to resolve issues we had with our suite. Large scale resort very clean and well maintained. Good variety of facilities. Nice spa.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the resort. It truly lives up to its 5-star reputation. The resort is stunning, with an authentic Mediterranean charm that we fell in love with. The bungalows and villas were especially beautiful and made our stay even more special. The service was exceptional, and the food—oh, the food—was simply outstanding. We enjoyed every single moment and are already missing it. All in all, it was a fantastic vacation.

I didnt like how I had to get up every day at 7:58 to book a restaurant at 8am . I visited low season when only a couple of restaurants were open . Choice was limited so to enjoy a different restaurant other than Enomy, I had to book via the app whatever else was opened . The cleaning in the gym and the place the fitness sessions took place could have been much better cleaned . So much dust. Really, the cleaning in these rooms was disappointing for a 5 stars resort .

It was well organised for families . The fitness sessions that run twice a day was the best thing! I attended twice a day for the week I stayed as the trainers were all very good . The classes were challenging,I even managed to lose some body fat . I liked the easy access to the beach and the fact that it felt safe for my girls (12 and 8) to be exploring the place on their own while I was enjoying lazy beach afternoons. I liked that the staff allowed us to do almost everything we wanted. In the UK there are so many restrictions , Its never relaxing to go somewhere with children, so many useless rules . Costa Maris was truly relaxing. I am already looking to book my next trip there . I lived the amazing views you have from the restaurants . Alatsi is the best restaurant in my opinion,make sure you get the app and book it!!! I liked how close the shops/town was . 5 min walk. I loved that there was a little stone church in the resort where people attended the Easter procession . It was quite beautiful. My family really enjoyed playing tennis table, pool , the games etc ! So much to do!!! I really like the app that had so much to offer! You cannot get bored in this place !

We visited in April and the pools were very cold, we didn't spend much time in the water. Even the heated pool wasn't much warmer. There were different restaurants to choose from but we had to be on the app at 8am to book otherwise the spaces went really quickly. We didn't manage to visit any of the restaurants in the end as we couldn't book in time - it would be nice to have a different system for this.

Huge range of food, the best I've had from an all inclusive. Great selection and we really enjoyed the different 'themes' each evening. Bars dotted about all over the place and snack bars to get food from in the day - we were never hungry! Lots of pools to choose from and the slides in the waterpark were fun and not busy at all when we visited in April. The evening entertainment was great for kids and we particularly enjoyed the circus/magic show. The whole resort was beautiful and the rooms really comfortable.

Heated outdoor swimming pool wasn’t warm enough. Not all the facilities were available as it was the beginning of the season.

Great variety of restaurants, pools and activities. The place is extremely clean, probably the cleanest resort we’ve ever been to. Wasn’t too packed as in high-season and we loved that. Wonderful staff.

I would say it’s a very good 4 star resort, there are certainly things missing that bring it down from a 5 star. Very basic kettle and a couple of coffee tea sachets in your room, no room service options for food or drinks. Very old school low voltage hair dryers in the rooms. Although there are lots of restaurants ‘available’ to eat at for the all inclusive, the hotel staff advised we book these in advance on the app for the evening. It was always fully booked so really and truly you only had the buffet option restaurants to eat at (which were excellent, but it’s a little repetitive for a whole week of meals). We were eventually told you have to go on the app immediately at 7.30am to snatch a slot at a restaurant, just wish we had been given a heads up on this earlier as we didn’t eat at any of the ‘nicer’ a la carte restaurants other than the meat one on our last night.

We had a wonderful stay with our 2 year old son, the staff were so accommodating and friendly and that’s what really makes the resort! Really green, full of foliage and so stunning to wander around, it really it such a large resort it takes you 3-4 days to be able to find your way around without getting lost! But that it part of the charm and the hotel do have golf buggy’s to help guests get around if needed Lots of options for pools and although they beach is small and very crowded with sunbeds it’s still lovely option to be right next to the sea! Evening entertainment was ‘ok’ it may have been watered down a little as we went in October and was off season. All in all a really excellent, friendly resort and a fabulous place to have our first holiday with our 2 year old. Just a few things lacking in my opinion to make it a real 5 star

Kids entertainment was just ok. Felt very amateurish for a 5 star hotel. Things like broken shower at the beach didn’t get fixed in the 2 weeks we have been there.

They do have a small outdoor slide as well as an indoor baby room. As a mom with a toddler, it would be a good idea to invest in an outdoor playground for kids younger than 4 years as you want to take a break from swimming and being wet all day (perhaps little bikes to ride, small trampolines, things to climb on etc.) They focus a bit more on children older than 4 years as they have a Kids Club and lots of activities for them.

Overall a very good all-inclusive resort! The weather was fantastic! We did early morning walks on the beach to watch the sunrise and the sunsets in the evenings. The staff was really friendly and they always provided sufficient water bottles for the rooms (also easy to refill your water). Lots of different food options at the buffet (breakfast, lunch and dinner) ... highlight was the dessert/sweet section (WOW!!) ...worth every gained kilogram :)

Sunbed madness, people up early when they are on holiday, crazy. Why doesn't the hotel do an app so you can book up your bed of your choice 24hrs in advance so that people don't need to get up early and try and get as many beds as they can. This works for your restaurants. I'll take a free holiday for 2 if this works. 😎 Regards, Jim and Helen

the basic room balcony was bad (view and noise wise) and we got a room on the main noisy road with busses and cars, we asked the day after to change the room and it was a bit better but still it has very little privacy the food in the main restaurant wasn't too tasty but the food at the reserved restaurant was amazing

the facilities were great for adults and especially for kids, the staff was very nice and helpful and the pools are great there are great drinks and cocktails and food all day long
