Everything was perfect. But if I had to say anything negative it would be that it didn't have beach access. This didn't worry us though.. as the nearest beach was only a few minutes walk or we could drive anywhere we wanted

Great resort. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. Breakfast was amazing with lots to choose from. We booked a 2 bedroom villa which was very spacious and each bedroom had its own ensuite. It also had ample parking. We were sad to leave.

Breakfast can be better but its vey nice, not enough veriaty, no milk alternatives. Rooms can be a bit cleaner and more equipped (not anough light, no small pampers)

This is wonderful hotel with great pools and great rooms (big with a balcony). the staff was amazing and helped me with everything i needed.

Breakfast area - much too busy & too small for the amount of people to be served there. It was a huzzle in the morning to get some food from the buffet - which was. Ok‘ish

Lovely surrounding - in walking distance to the little town with some supermarkets & taverns. We had a quite nice room - in the upper area - which was quiet. But around the pool it would have been very loud (music).

We had fabulous 4 nights stay. We arrived early in the morning before check in hours, and we get the room earlier, which was very nice from the staff, they were always very friendly, ready to help. Room was very clean, nicely equipped. Pool areas were really nice, with comfy sun-beds. Location is quiet, but not so far from bigger cities in case you like to party. Breakfast offer is big, with some modifications every day.

This is a really nice hotel, perfect for couples with kids. We (as a couple) wanted a bit more peace and quiet... The two pools are nice, but fill up early, and then - no place to be. Also - no "adults only spot"....

The internet on Greek Islands is super slow - but I told them about Elon Musk with Starlink to solve that problem and it will be sorted next time we go!!!

We made Crystal Waters our home for the whole month of July! And loved every minute. From the moment we arrived we were greeted by Ali and Theo who took our bags straight off us! From then the check in was smooth and Ali went out of his way during our whole stay and made us feel right at home with whatever we needed whenever we needed it - he was outstanding! Both Ali and Theo were there and friendly the whole stay. Our room was a spacious 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom with additional toilet downstairs - it was such a well appointed room and very clean - with the cleaning staff daily not missing a beat in refreshing our room. SO nice to walk back into everyday. The breakfast was easily one of the best resort buffets I've experienced - great variety did not disappoint our fussy kids eating habits either - special mention to Ioanna who made our kids feel special and made a great impression off the bat. She was the sole reason our shy kids felt comfortable going down to the kids club to give us some adult time to enjoy the amazing cocktails in the Pool bar from George the barman. George (the barman) made us feel so welcome and his customer service is next level - not to mention his amazing cocktail making skills!!!! Sooooo good!!!! Stathie the Poolside server was just unreal - his attention and customer service was stellar, like George, Stathie made us feel right at home and nothing was ever a problem - he's definitely like George an asset to Crystal Waters!! The Poolside service and Poolside menu was delicious and fresh catering to the kids menu was on point and so was the adult menu - super tasty with great quality, the chicken cesar and the chicken wraps where definitely on high rotation on our month long stay by the pool for lunch! Not to forget Satoris too for his customer service around the pool was amazing! The food at the restaurant was epic too - the signature chef has nailed it at the main restaurant and the room service menu was again awesome!!

To be fair there wasnt really anything but if i have to think of something, there isn't a village on walking distance. There are shops and restaurants (fancy and less fancy ones) on 2 min walk but no proper village. However there is a bus stop on 2 min walk of the hotel which brings you in 10-15 min to Lefka's town and the other way also in 10-15 min to Nydri.

Amazing facilities. Very clean. All staff, cleaners/ reception/bars/restaurant, very friendly and helpful. They respond very quickly on emails which is amazing and especially if you have some last minute questions or requests great. Breakfast is brilliant. Pooll-bar very fancy.. They serve you drinks and (a very tasty) lunch menu in the pool area. We will definitely come back.

The watered down grapefruit juice. Other than that it was nice.

The breakfast was really good. Only. Thing is that nothing was offered that was sugar free. There are a lot of diabetics traveling now. It would be great if you would have had a sugar free marmalade to offer or at least one suger free pastry.other than that it was terrific.

We liked everything! this hotel truly let you feels you're on holiday. The staff, the swimming pools, the food and most importantly the service which always came with a smile. Room was spacious enough for 2 adults and 2 children with easy access to the pool. We loved the pool bar, sitting on the chairs and ordering a yummy cocktail. Will definitely be back.

They miss out on small stuff that just feels petty. Pretty basic breakfast, no fresh fish / salmon etc. Coffee from the barista at breakfast costs extra, free coffee is by machines. Pool bar staff extremely understaffed, you could wait 45 mins without seeing a waiter (probably 1 for the 3 pools). Cleaning staff went into our room while we had the Do Not Disturb sign outside 😬

Rooms are amazing. Very big, well equipped and very nice design. Probably the best room I've stayed at (2 story garden view). Staff is very friendly and hotel looks just great.

We stayed in a 2 storey apartment which was beautiful in every way. Modern decor, clean and right near one of the pools. Breakfast was full of options and diversity. Would definitely stay again

The bartender at the pool bar was often rude and did not acknowledge people and service was slow because of him. The parking situation wasn't great either, oftentimes having to drive around to find parking. The mini fridge took a long time to cool anything

Very nice complex with very spacious and comfortable rooms. Staff were very friendly and accommodating. Pool areas are very relaxing. Only 15 mis from Marina in taxi, 3 minutes walk from a great day beach with bar/restaurant
