FranceNo hot water in the first and second room were given. Poor communication from the front desk and a restaurant and facilities booking system which even the staff complained about.
The food was fantastic and the kids club great. The pool area and location on the beach was also top notch.

United KingdomThere was no real advantage to being a Cool Living purchaser. The choice of drinks was poor, there were too few staff to provide cocktails in good time and the resort was too crowded with too many young children in only a single, small pool. The booking system for a la carte restaurants was poor, with no offer of Cool Living wine lists at meal times. With the amount of money spent for all-inclusive of everything, premium drinks (like top brand vodka) should have been included. Small things like asking for a specific type of glass for a gin and tonic was refused, which is not a premium service.
I liked the bedrooms, which met my needs. The food was mostly good. And the location was good, close to the beach and the airport for easy transfer.

CanadaThe hotel is showing its age--particularly the outdoor pool and the bathroom in our room. The buffet is expansive with plenty of options... but none of it is great (as is typically the case with buffet food). We didn't realize the a la carte restaurants were off limits to guests who weren't staying a whole week (we were there 3 nights) so we're really disappointed with having to eat buffet food the whole time. The staff work very hard... but there are not enough of them. We had to line up for drinks at the bar, wait for coffee/drinks service at the buffet, etc.
The beach is fantastic--sandy and expansive. The staff are very helpful. It is really neat that the hotel is on a protected beach where the caretta caretta turtles breed every year from May to October. One thing to note: this means the beach is off limits from sundown to 7am during these months.

United Kingdomthe food on offer at the restaurants got boring after a few days. The menu has changed while we were there and got better but still didn’t include seafood or fish variety, which was weird since we were a stone throw away from the beach. We ended up eating out quite a lot although it was great to know that we can always it at the hotel. the territory was not as well developed as we would have liked and some of the facilities (adults only pool and bar) were nowhere in site, which is a shame as it would have made our stay much more exciting. lastly, I would say please add some sort of a play ground for children. ideally somewhere close to the bar! all other hotels in the area how some sort of play ground/soft play next to their bars and it makes for a much better experience for everyone.
gorgeous shallow beach perfect got children, with warm crystal clear waters and almost no waves. room are nice and the sofa bed option is perfect for families, although I wish the curtain which separates the sofa from the main bed was a bit thicker. Service was great and the cocktails in the all-inclusive bar were amazing. Our son loved the self-service ice-cream bar at the pool and the lovely nannies at the crèche.

However, they took full responsibility, helped us out where needed, staff were exceptionally helpful during and after the incident and upgraded us and gave us spa treatments to offset the negative experience
The hotel was beautiful on the inside, and the rooms were comfortable and clean, always. The pool area is gorgeous, and the hotel beach is lovely too.

PolandWe had a wonderful stay at the Domes Aulus Zante hotel. I especially want to thank the Operations Manager, who welcomed us warmly, changed our room to an ideal one, making our stay exceptional. Whenever there was an issue (at the reception), she went above and beyond to resolve it. Individuals like the Operations Manager truly create a remarkable experience for guests. The hotel itself is beautifully situated, and the turtles you can see by swimming 100-200 meters from the shore create an amazing experience. The food is top-notch, and the yoga classes are very professional. The hotel allows for great relaxation and is very child-friendly, which is a huge plus. We look forward to our future experiences with the Domes network with great anticipation.
