The customer service must be improved for such kind of accommodation. What makes the difference is how you treat a customer. That, I did not like.

It is the best location in the island. Amazing views, beautiful suites with its own terrace and pleasant views. We felt very comfortable and the breakfast was very beautiful too.

There is nothing that I don’t like about this hotel.

The location was superb, few minutes from the port, 15min from the main villages. The room was spacious and very well decorated and equipped. The pool was just outside of the room with very comfortable sun beds and umbrellas. The views from the balcony were very nice as well as the hotel has great panoramic views.

The location is really convenient for the port but a car is really necessary to explore Kythnos. A bit expensive. Did not impact our enjoyment or stay at all but there are many stairs that could be an issue for someone with accessibility needs.

Wonderful, large, clean room with many amenities and comfortable beds. Great for families and for luxury. Rare to find such a nice suite that has separate rooms for adults and kids. Beautiful view of the harbor and excellent breakfast. Incredibly kind and helpful staff.

Quite steep walk from the harbour but whole island lended itself to the need for a car which would get around this issue. Bus service very unreliable and only a few taxis about

Heavenly breakfast and dinner!!! It was the highlight of our stay at EmGard. Whatever comes out of the kitchen is amazing. Warm and welcoming staff always willing to help. Well done to the whole team. New infrastructure and clean facilities including a lovely swimming pool and beautiful flower beds throughout the resort. The resort is well located to comfortably reach all major points of interest (beaches and villages)

Truly a jewel on the island with a luxurious elegance. The panoramic view is breathtaking, the rooms beautiful and super clean with daily service. The staff very polite and helpful. Especially Mr Giannis was very professional and happy to help from the first day of our arrival with all the info we needed for our excursions in the island.

EmGard suites is truly exceptional. The architecture is combining traditional with modern elements, it is seamlessly integrated into its environment, and they have paid attention to all details in the suites. The rooms are excellent, and breakfast is great. All personnel have been always extremely polite and helpful. The view of the harbor is really nice day and night and enjoying it from the terrace of the suite is a perfectly relaxing experience.

I think it would be unfair to say that we did not like something. As happens in every place, there may be a few things that can improve (more reliable access to reception staff, especially after hours; this seemed to improve while we were still there). It would also be great if there was a way for the facilities to become more accessible to people with disabilities

The location of the hotel is on top of the hill, so for those who don't have a car, it involves about 7 minutes walking from the main village.

The staff was extremely kind and happy to accommodate our requests. Breakfast was great and even though the buffet was under construction at the time, we were offered our breakfast to be delivered in our balcony daily. We also appreciated the cleaning and sheets/towels change on a daily basis.

The room and balcony had serious issue with ants, mainly due to poor construction. They were literally everywhere. Never before experienced this at any Greek island, even in lower rate hotels. Several elements, which you’d expect from this level of hotel were missing (ie kitchen towels, trash bags etc.) Poor shower design.
