Each review score is between 1 and 10. To get the overall score you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of them. We use a weighted review system, which means the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. Guests can also give separate “subscores” in crucial areas like location, cleanliness, staff, comfort, facilities, value, and free Wifi. Note that guests submit their subscores and overall scores independently, so there’s no direct link between them.
You can review an accommodation that you booked through our platform if you stayed there, or if you got to the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we'd publish every review we get, positive and negative. However, we won’t display any reviews that include or refer to (among other things):
- Politically sensitive comments
- Promotional content
- Illegal activities
- Personal or sensitive info (e.g. emails, phone numbers, credit card info)
- Swear words, sexual references, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, threats, or references to violence
- Spam and fake content
- Animal cruelty
- Impersonation (i.e. if the writer is claiming to be someone else)
- Any violation of our review guidelines.
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out. We may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old, or if the accommodation has a change of ownership.
An accommodation can reply to a review.
When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (e.g. language, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). You can sort and/or filter them by time of year, review score, and more.
Sometimes we show external review scores from other well-known travel websites, but make it clear when we do this.

Everything about the hotel was as described , it was clean , tidy, comfortable and the perfect location for sightseeing , the port and airport . For the cost of one night stay we would totally recommend the hotel.

THE HOTEL HAD EVERYTHING I NEEDED & I HAVE NO COMPLAINTS FOR AN OVERNIGHT STAY BUT DIDN'T LOOK LIKE A PLACE ID LIKE TO STAY FOR LONGER (MAYBE A LITTLE OLD)

Good hotel close to the port for our trip over to Sarande in albania,very nice people running the hotel,check in was easy and we realised once we had departed my friend had left his trainers so we contacted them and they confirmed this put them aside for us to pick up on our return to corfu ten days later and very kindly let us leave our bags in the hotel for the afternoon despite not staying there as we were flying home,very good of them

Towels were changed every 3 days. Sometimes noise coming from aeroplanes above and a loud fridge, however l did have ear plugs and that did mask out the noise.

The steel beds are like I was in an old-fashioned hospital. The neighboring buildings are quite obsolete.
The hotel location is good. It is within walking distance of the old town and the pier as well. The room was clean. The air conditioner worked properly. The bathroom was simple but clean. They have 24-hour reception and the staff is kind.

Beds weren’t very comfortable but ok for a one-night stay.

Bed was so uncomfy, no sleep. Very loud room, noises all night. Also when checking out, lift did not work, we had heavy bags
The room was pretty and the balcony cared about temperature.

The rooms are a bit small and views are just other buildings, so not entirely worth the 50 Euros each for a single night...
The location was great as it was near the harbour and a short walk from the Old Town and some great restaurants. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, letting us keep our luggage at the hotel for 3 weeks as we were away, they also ordered us a taxi, let us use their waiting room, and were just incredibly sweet! Air conditioning was great.

There is no recycling and all soaps are wrapped in plastic and for only for one use.
The location is great, very close to the port and the old town, supermarkets and bakeries. The room is very simple but clean and has well functioning air conditioning, plus a small balcony and fridge. It is maybe a bit expensive for what it offers but all in all I would come back.

Planes fly overhead very occasionally so may be heard by a very light sleeper
Location was fantastic! Right near the port and the restaurants there. Very short walk to the centre of town ad any shops needed, but not loud or with lots of traffic around. Lovely lovely staff!

Bathroom was not total clean, very small shower with curtain sticking to your body while you are there.
Reasonable price and conditions, supernice staff. It meets our expectations as were looking for something for one night close to airport, for longer stay I would not reccomend.
