Very good greek food ( every day a different menu for the dinner), helpful and friendly staff! Rooms are good. We were suppose to stay 3 days and extend to 13 :)

No internet. Bathroom leaking. Room smelled bad, like sulfur. Water would just come in the room from nowhere. The towels, shower shampoo, soap were not refilled/replaced in 4 nights stay. Sounds from upper floor bathroom were quite loud. We told the hotel about these problems but they didn’t act on anything. The room needs refreshing. Food at the half board was interesting. For dinner you are not allowed to drink any water, soda except if you’re either paying extra, either all inclusive guest.

That as customer in Hotel 4* I was not been allowed to stay in the garden after 23.00-23.30 with my family .( according to them was too late, really ? I was on holiday ….I was sitting and spend free time( without drinking alcohol just waiting for my son to play outside)

Bathrooms were not as clean as expected Sheets and towels were changed only once or twice There is no way to leave AC working if you are not in the room, so if you came at 6pm in the room it is very hot and you have to stay in the room while it was working, also it had a strange smell. AC positioned to blow to beds only No mosquito nets, while there are a lot of them Food a little bit repetitive, but it was OK :)

The reception did not operate 24/7, i.e. during the nights and early mornings! :( Some employees dealt with clients crudely, intolerantly and without tact. Breakfast was, unfortunately, always the same. Some dishes, for example moussaka, pasticio, were reoffered for lunch and dinner and the others, for example souvlaki, saganaki or loukoumades, were completely missed. As I said gyros with pita/fries was offered only once. Room´s cleaning was below-average for the 4 stars hotel! :/ Water in the shower was salty and it was less in the washbowl! The shower gel was not renewed when you finish the original small bottle after your check-in and the toilet paper was supplied only once when we had only half of the last roll. The shower bath was not wiped out or cleaned at all. We had sand there after every cleaning. Furthermore, the bath nozzle was not completely okay, so we could sometimes heard water drops in the bathroom. If you have some problems with room´s equipment, they will not be remedied automatically in the next days. I mean released stopper in the washbowl. TV channels were entirely Greek. :( Forget your favourite BBC or other British broadcasting! The room provided no kettle, although there were 4 cups with saucers for coffee or tea. Instead of all inclusive breakfast, the breakfast package did not include any beverage neither one small bottle of water! :(

Gyros with pita/fries was very delicious. We were very disappointed that it was offered only once for one week. Location of the hotel and equipment of common spaces, including two freely available coffeemakers with hot chocolate. Some employees were kind and helpful.

The payment was supposed to be in euros. The hotel, without my knowledge or consent, debited my account before arrival with the amount in dollars and by several dozen more (i.e. instead of 522 euros, 556 dollars). On the spot, I was given a statement to sign that I agreed to pay this amount in dollars. I categorically refused, demanded that the transaction be cancelled and paid separately for my stay. The facility only reimbursed me part of the amount charged, so in total I lost about 100 euros on my stay there! I would not recommend this! On the spot they are still spinning and convincing me that it was the exchange rate difference or my bank's fault. If you have a choice, choose other establishments!

Breakfast and dinner time interval is a little bit short.

A little oasis near to the beach and the restaurants in quiet area. Absolutely same like in the pictures. Everyday cleaning with towels change. The meals are great. The hosts are flexible and helpfully, always there in the hotel.

we don’t have any comments but one single thing could be done more often - changing all the towels daily and also having door hangers which could inform the staff if u don t want cleaning that day

The room is dirty, there are scale everywhere in the bathroom, the balcony wasn't cleaned in the last month (it looks like) We asked for bed cover, but in the last couple of days, we didn't get it. The wifi is very poor if its working and available The breakfast is the same every day, if we are not going there 8 a.m. there are less food and even less things to choose, the coffee is made from powder even in the bar (in a 4 star hotel) that must be a joke we only have electricity if we are in the room, so we couldn't keep anything in the fridge, so we must visit a local store every single morning and evening to get cold drinks. The dinner was poor and there were no sign for variety last but not least, every water around the hotel is salty. It should be okay in a 3 star hotel, but in a 4 star,

Frankly, all was great with our stay. Not related to hotel, but there is a phenomenon - the locals don't respect traffic rules, so one should be careful when riding.

We had a really good time. The staff was friendly, we joked a lot with the employees, they helped us with everything from orientation around the town, renting a motorcycle to calling a taxi. The location of the hotel is great - it's not in the high street with many bars so we had no issue with noise + it's only some 2 minutes of walk from the beach. Food was good, standard Greek cuisine. Breakfast was more European and the same things repeated, but we didn't mind.

The hotel is really beautiful, probably recently built, as everything was new. the staff was very kind, the food is great! The location of the hotel is very good! Everything is close. Wonderful holiday!

Would have been good to have a fridge in the room

We truly loved our stay at Garden Palace! Very clean(daily cleaning), great food(we booked all inclusive and all meals were delicious and range of choice), friendly staff and owners, the location is perfect(5 min from the beach). We will definitely choose it again!
