could do with a aircon in kitchen area too espesially if take 5 people always.. gets very hot in there even with bedroom door open with aircon on in there, nothing much comes through...

location was perfect in malia right in middle of bar street. lovely pool. we had 5 of us staying with three beds in the bedroom and two in the other room/kitchen area, but it was spacious. great balcony for pre drinks too!

They don't have an elevator.The air-conditioning is very weak or not working.they don't have any cleaning products.no soaps. No dish clothes.

1. Too noise in the night because the major part of guests are young people "too much excited" (each night we heard peole singing, screaming..). No control. 2. Area close to swimming pool is limited, without garden. 3. The bathroom is not much comfortable.

Unfortunately the wifi doesn’t reach to a lot of the rooms outside the pool area.

The staff were very friendly and made this stay so enjoyable! The Bar/restaurant there is great value for money and the service is outstanding.

Cleaning lady entered our room at 8am without knocking , another time she entered without knocking around 5pm, and everyday was annoying with her cleaning times banging on the door.

The bed was two single beds pushed together which kept separating. Apart from that everything was perfect.

We got more than we expected for the price. Stuff was very kind and friendly and always ready to help. We were traveling through the night so arrived a bit early and they allowed us to check in a bit earlier. If we ever stay in Malia again, it will deffinitelly be Ilios Malia Hotel Resort.

OMG staff was so nice and helpful, thank you Maria and Anna ❤️. The location is great, close to all grocery stores, entertainment venues, the beach and restaurants. The hotel is by the main street, but you hardly hear any noise from entertainment venues unless you go out on the balcony and listen for it. the pool and area awesome...will book again for next trip.

There is no lift so ideally if you have heavy luggage you take a bottom floor as we had to carry heavy luggage about 3 floors up. Parking is available on site but very limited to about 3 cars but we were always very lucky and managed to have a space available. There wasn't an ac in every room so we left the door open to be able to reach 2 rooms so it was hard to cool the rooms.

The place is situated in an excellent location right in the heart of things. Would recommend to my friends. Price was really good and we stayed there for 3 days. It's a bit old when it comes to design wise but still perfect for a family vacation. Everywhere was clean and it was very spacious.

You need to know, before booking, it is located on the Malia Strip. It could / can get noisy.

The Rooms are spacious, a little Kitchenette with everything you need to cook a meal,we had 2 balconies, the Bathroom has a Bathtub. The Room was clean as we arrived, and the cleaning service came every morning. Pool is nice.

I couldn’t get my air conditioning to work but since I only stayed one night I wasn’t bothered. If I had stayed longer, I probably would’ve talked to the hotel about it.

The room was really spacious and clean. The staff was lovely. Definitely would recommend the place especially at this price.

I had to ask a local to call the person to give me the key as it was the end of season and the satnav brought me to a location which was already closed. We got it sorted out in the end.

Malia is an absolutely unbelievably charming town and a truly fabulous holiday destination. The room had cooking facilities which were great.
